CHAPTER 3 : SYSTEM

Although he had gained memories, he still couldn't believe it. It had taken him at least two hours to stabilize his thoughts and accept his reality. He then looked at one of his thumbs and, without hesitation, bit it with all his might, opening a wound in the process. But suddenly, that wound healed immediately. This was his mutant ability - healing. He could heal any type of wound, regardless of its form or seriousness. Healing didn't require any energy; it was immediate and passive. However, the effects were heavy as the pain would increase depending on the seriousness of the wound.

Sealing the wound on his thumb instantly, as if it had never been there to begin with, Killian glared at his image reflected in the mirror. He couldn't help but feel as if this was truly a dream. In his previous life, Killian was paralyzed and had to spend most of his life doing activities like reading books and watching movies, including anime. But one thing he loved the most was Marvel. No, love was an understatement - Killian was obsessed with it. He knew almost all the important information and different universes, including the "What Ifs." Now, in a world he had always dreamed of being in, he was in another body.

Although Killian still questioned his identity, this still puzzled him. But suddenly, unexpectedly,

Killian was stunned. This was not the first time he had heard of this type of thing; things like these were usually common in fanfics and anime, but it was happening to him. He widened his eyes in shock, as if in disbelief. "Can you speak?" he said, but it didn't reply. He kept trying different words to grab its attention, but nothing worked. Then he thought and wondered how the system worked, and suddenly it reacted, changing its screens and showing new information.

As the system explained the application, Killian was stunned. Although he was initially afraid of the world he had come to, a sense of relief in the form of an overpowered cheat skill suddenly appeared in front of his very eyes.
