Back with the Milk

The battlefield in Wakanda, once a scene of relentless chaos and destruction, had transformed into a landscape of victory and relief. The last of Dione's forces lay defeated, and the victorious alliance of Wakandans and the Guardians celebrated their hard-won triumph. Above them, the black and purple spaceship of Kai Thanos ceased its bombardment, its purpose served as the enemy had been vanquished. The army of cultivators, their powerful auras still evident, began to casually converse among themselves, their curious glances occasionally drifting towards their Wakandan and Avenger allies.

Steve Rogers, accompanied by the remaining Avengers, cautiously approached the group of cultivators. Clearing his throat, Rogers spoke up, "On behalf of Earth and its people, we thank you for your assistance in this battle." His voice carried a mix of gratitude and wariness, knowing little about these mysterious and powerful newcomers.

In the background, Black Widow was communicating through an earpiece, her eyes darting between the cultivators and her Avengers teammates, assessing the situation.

From the group of cultivators, a purple-haired teenager and a black-haired teenager named Lee stepped forward. Lee spoke calmly, "Don't worry, our master doesn't wish you any harm. That's why we came to help you." His words brought a momentary sense of relief to Rogers, but the atmosphere remained tense due to the uncertainty of the situation.

Suddenly, Thor descended from the sky, landing with the force of a deity. He gripped Stormbreaker tightly, his expression filled with wrath as he remembered the death of his brother at the hands of Thanos. "Where is Thanos?" he demanded, his gaze piercing.

Lee responded dryly, "My master dealt with him." Thor's glare intensified at Lee's words. "What do you mean 'dealt with him'? Your master looked exactly like that monster. Are you even fighting against him?" Thor's anger was palpable, his body crackling with building lightning.

Before the tension could escalate further, two blurs of motion passed by, and suddenly, Lee and Li Shuang had their blades pressed against Thor's neck. Li Shuang, standing behind Thor with a grin, taunted, "Oi, blondie, why are you so cocky? In my world, exotic people like you would be sold to please some pervy old cultivators." His blade rested on the left side of Thor's neck, a thin line of blood visible.

Lee, positioned in front of Thor, his sword touching the right side of Thor's neck, added coldly, "If you have any doubts regarding my master, we could settle it here and now."

The Avengers, including Black Widow, Bruce Banner, and Wanda Maximoff, instinctively tensed up, realizing they hadn't been fast enough to track the cultivators' movements. Thor's expression grew grave, the lightning around his body slowly intensifying.

Li Shuang warned, his eyes flashing dangerously, "If I were you, I wouldn't do that."

The tension on the battlefield escalated palpably. The Avengers and Wakandans, although relieved by their recent victory, now faced a new and uncertain threat. The cultivators, meanwhile, maintained their composure but adopted more serious expressions, especially after their master was insulted. The air was thick with the potential for conflict, every warrior on edge, ready to leap into action at a moment's notice.

Amidst the building tension, a powerful voice suddenly resonated through the battlefield.

"Enough."

Appearing from above, Kai Thanos, clad in his dark cultivation robes, commanded immediate attention. He floated menacingly in the air, the Infinity Gauntlet on his right arm glinting ominously, its five gems shining brilliantly in their sockets. Every eye was drawn to his godly presence, an embodiment of immense power and authority.

The cultivators gazed at their master with deep reverence. Li Shuang casually smiled at Kai Thanos, his blade still nonchalantly resting against Thor's neck. The Avengers and Wakandans looked on in a mixture of shock and awe, their emotions a complex tapestry of fear, respect, and uncertainty.

Steve Rogers, regaining his composure, stepped forward and addressed Kai Thanos directly, "Who are you, and what is your relation to Thanos?"

Kai Thanos, with a casual air, replied, "I have many names, but you can call me Kai. As for my relation with Thanos, you can say that I am a long-lost brother of his, and I am here to avenge what he destroyed." He proceeded to weave a tale of Thanos' intergalactic atrocities and his own resolve to stop his brother's reign of terror.

"Thanos, went from world to world, annihilating half of each population for his twisted ideals. As his brother, I felt it was my responsibility to stop him. So, I prepared for years, secretly building my power and army, and finally, I decided to attack at a crucial juncture."

The voice in Kai Thanos' head snickered at the fabrications, but he continued unfazed, spinning his narrative. The Avengers and Wakandans listened intently, their expressions varying from skepticism to contemplation.

"Then, did you manage to defeat him?" Steve finally asked, his eyes glancing at the shining Infinity Gauntlet and the stones that were the source of this cosmic conflict.

"Yes," Kai Thanos answered simply and gestured towards a specific location.

Suddenly, the unconscious form of the real Thanos came flying towards the group. The once-feared Titan was now a pitiful sight – naked, bruised, and utterly defenseless. The gathered crowd had varied reactions, ranging from disbelief to disgust, as they beheld one of the most dangerous beings in the universe reduced to such a state.

Kai Thanos glanced at Thor and announced, "Protectors of Earth, do whatever you wish with him. As someone who resided on this planet, consider it a repayment of my debt." His tone was casual, almost dismissive.

He then turned his gaze to Wanda, who had been watching him with a complex expression since his arrival. Mentally, he communicated to her.

"Hey daughter, I'm back with the milk."

A grin played on his lips as he swiftly shifted his attention to Vision.

In an instant, Vision was teleported before Kai Thanos, caught completely off guard. "What is the meaning of this?!" Steve Rogers demanded, his voice filled with alarm and confusion.

Kai Thanos responded calmly, "I told you, it is my duty to fix what my brother has done." He then proceeded to expertly manipulate the Infinity Stones. Using the Reality Stone, he made Vision's body intangible and altered the Mind Stone's integration. The Space Stone allowed him to spatially manipulate the stone out of Vision's body, and the Power Stone controlled the energy emitted during the process, ensuring Vision's safety.

The onlookers watched in awe as the yellow gem was skillfully extracted from Vision and inserted into the remaining socket of the Infinity Gauntlet. The feat was accomplished in mere seconds, showcasing Kai Thanos' mastery over the Stones and their combined power.
