Marvel's Black Steel

Nothing special, it's just that your average nigga end's up dying while following his heart as he protects a woman from rape; you know, the usual BS. Dude ends up dying, only to reincarnate in a world full of people that can destroy universes on a whim, and all that other crazy stuff, lucky for our MC, he happens to meet a chill yet powerful being that reincarnates him with the potential of the strongest version of Superman; Superman Prime One-Million. _______ Would like to point out, MC won't be an edgy villain or anything of the sort; he's got a good heart, and will be raised by kindhearted parents, though as it is the marvel universe and the not the goody two shoes DC universe, he will kill people, though, only when absolutely required to. Also, this novel is a slightly slow, so you've been warned. Ps. I've set this novel up for both a Harem and Non-Harem route, so really it depends what ya'll want, so you gotta let me know; though like I said, the novel is a little slow on the uptake, so don't expect that much romance in the beginning. I also haven't read any of the marvel comics, so all of my knowledge is coming from the movies and wiki-fandom, so don't expect me to get super in depth on comic lore. Although I know this kind of novel has been done several times before, I've only read like two that I really fucked with, so I wanted to make my own, hopefully ya'll enjoy and if you do, might as well leave a review

Chapter 172: Sunstone Crystal

Having ordered one of the many security drones in the spaceship to bring me this glowing crystal since I had no idea where Father stored it and I didn't feel like finding it; after a minute, the drone returned, and with a decently sized crystal in its tentacle claw. Grabbing the crystal, I intently looked at it, focusing all the way down to its molecules, though, to my surprise, not only was it incredibly dense, far denser than a diamond, but its molecules were in a state of constant change; every second, their atomic structure changed.

Once a second, I'd see molecules of Oxygen, then Helium, and all the way to Uranium, all within three seconds; as confusing as it was, it was very interesting, and I was curious what it was capable of.

"It's probably in that stack of knowledge Father had transferred over." Muttered Pharaoh with a nod as he placed the crystal on his lap before submerging his hands back into the liquid metal, connecting his brain to the entirety of the spaceship.

Thankfully, I didn't need to know the name of that crystal, and all I had to do was think of it before its information suddenly appeared in my head, and there was quite a lot of it as well. Skimming over most of it since it was mainly talking about how the crystal was created, which was of no concern since I highly doubted I had the required tools and machines to craft it, and even if I did, I didn't know how to operate any of them.

'Sunstone Crystal can change the surrounding matter into whatever it is programmed to build.' Mused Pharaoh as he read the brief description before moving towards the lengthy description, which he opted to ignore.

Internally thanking Father for summarizing the sunstone crystal's capabilities, I lifted it from my lap and held it in my hand as I intently looked at it. I sighed and put it back down since I was clueless about how to use it.

"Welp, it looks like I'm going ot have to read the actual description. Yay." Said Pharaoh blandly as he read the long description of the sunstone crystal's capabilities.

Once I finished reading the unnecessary length description, I finally knew how it worked; simply, all I had to do was intently think of something, and the sunstone crystal would be instantly programmed into whatever I was thinking. It was actually incredibly simple and quite amazing; a part of me didn't even want to use it since, from the description, with enough energy and matter at its disposal, it could theoretically build anything I envisioned.

"Well, I'm very interested in seeing this thing in action; besides, I'll still have two more sunstone crystals remaining, so it's not all bad. I could use it to create a base of some sort, similar to Superman's fortress of solitude." Muttered Pharaoh as he held the sunstone crystal in hand and tried to justify his reasoning for using it.

"Alright, fuck it; I'm going to use it." Declared Pharaoh as he tightly clenched the crystal before quickly leaving the spaceship and flying into the sky.

Exiting the atmosphere, I turned back around and looked at Earth while floating in space, trying to figure out where I should put my base of operation, but after several minutes of pondering, I was still unsure. I had thought about copying Superman and putting my base in Antarctica, but while that would prove to be a good and isolated place, I didn't just want to copy him; I was my own person; besides, while I may have been a Kryptonian, I wasn't him, we had different ideologies.

'Ugh, it's either Antarctica or Manhattan; which one.' Thought Pharaoh with a slight frown as he aimlessly floated through the emptiness of space while observing Earth, looking for a suitable spot.

Flying around the planet, I made several loops, yet I still couldn't settle on a spot that I liked; I had actually wanted to put it at the bottom of the ocean, but there was already a kingdom down there, and I wasn't trying to antagonize if possible. I wasn't scared of them, not at all; I just preferred to stay on everyone's good side; there was no need to unnecessarily make enemies.

'Fuck, maybe I should ask for someone else's opinion. I can't ask for Sara as much as I'd want to, not Jean, so that leaves me with Gwen and Pete, who I actually haven't talked with in a few days.' Thought Tut with a thoughtful expression as he floated upside down or right-side up in space before focusing on an abandoned train station in Queens.

Settling on Pete and Gwen, I swiftly flew towards them, burning as I entered the atmosphere, but thanks to my aura, my clothes were completely fine; arriving above Queens, I flew towards the edge and lowered myself right onto the train tracks.

"Actually, this looks more like a place where they store old and used train cars rather than a train station." Muttered Pharaoh as he looked around before approaching a specific train car in the distance.

Knocking on the door to the train car, I waited a few seconds, listening to Pete and Gwen arguing, before they got their clothes all messy while she kissed his neck, leaving behind a kiss mark thanks to her lipstick, and only then did Pete finally open the door.

"Oh, was I interrupting something? Please continue; I'll just stand here and watch." Remarked Pharaoh with a faint smirk as he looked up at Peter, who lightly blushed while sighing in relief.

"Haa, it's only you, Tut; I had thought we got caught." Said Peter lightly as he left the door open for Tut while turning around and fixing his appearance while wiping the lipstick off his neck.

"Yo, Gwen, I see your virgin ass finally got some action; was Pete too much to handle or what?" Asked Tut with a mocking grin as he floated into the train car, closing the door behind him and looking at Gwen, who scoffed before throwing whatever she could reach at him.

"Tch, you're one to talk; we're all virgins, you loser." Remarked Gwen in annoyance as she glared at Tut, who displayed a wide grin, causing her to widen her eyes before squinting them, even Peter was rather interested.

"Oh, pure, innocent, Gwendolyn; I've long since lost my virginity. However, I'll rub that in your face later; I had actually wanted to ask you guys something pretty important." Stated Pharaoh with a smirk as he leaned down towards Gwen and stared at her face before turning around and wrapping his arm around Peter's shoulder.

"Tch, fucker. What is it?" Asked Gwen, grumbling in annoyance before folding her arms and looking at Tut, who reached into his pocket and grabbed the sunstone crystal.

"Woah, what's that?" Asked Peter curiously as he looked at the crystal in Tut's hand, prompting him to toss it to him.

"It's something my Father, biological father, you know, since I'm an alien and all, managed to steal from the Black Zero, the massive spaceship that was trying to terraform the planet in Manhattan." Replied Tut lightly as he sat down next to Gwen, who was staring at the crystal in Peter's hand.

"It's called a sunstone crystal, and before you ask Pete, its molecular structure is constantly changing; right now, it should be Gold, now it's Titanium, and now it's back to Helium." Added Pharaoh as he lay on Gwen's lap while pointing at Pete, who had already opened his mouth.

"Damn, you know me well, huh? However, how is that even physically possible? To change its molecular structure so quickly is insane." Remarked Peter with a faint smirk as he observed the crystal in his hand in confusion and interest.

"I don't know; just because I'm Kryptonian doesn't mean I know how it works, though if you wish to know so badly, I've got information on how to create one; you can read that later. Anyway, I came here because that crystal can create any structure I can think of; to put it simply, it's a one-time-use portable base. The only problem is, I don't know where to place it." Declared Tut, his words causing Peter to clench his fist in joy while he closed his eyes and slightly frowned, enjoying Gwen's thighs as pillows.

"So you came here for our input? Well, what do you have in mind, Tut?" Asked Gwen with a raised eyebrow as she looked down at Tut, who held up two fingers.

"I've only got two choices; Antarctica, and New York, specifically Manhattan. What about you two?" Replied Tut as he glanced at Gwen, who nodded, before looking at Peter, who rubbed his chin.

"I don't know if you can just place this thing in Manhattan, but what about the bottom of the ocean? That's not a problem for you, no?" Remarked Peter as he glanced at the crystal in his hands before looking at Tut, who shrugged his shoulders and shook his head.

"No, not the ocean; there is already a kingdom there." Said Tut, his words slightly surprising the two.

"Eh, a kingdom at the bottom of the ocean? Well, I suppose aliens exist, so it's not that shocking." Asked Gwen in surprise before shaking her head after a little bit of thinking.

"So, if not the ocean, what about the Moon? There shouldn't be a kingdom on the Moon, right?" Added Gwen as she looked at Tut, who sported a wry expression.

So, apparently, Sunstone's can theoretically do a lot more than shown in the comics, though I'm going to keep them simple and straightforward; otherwise, they're pretty much a plot device.
