After taking some rest Mark went out of his room to the piloting bay of the spaceship.
As he entered the area the captain of the crew greeted him.
"Welcome sir I hope you rested well"
"Yes, It was alright. What's the status of our expedition please give me brief report". Mark enquired.
"We will reach the planet XN-24 within 5 hours sir". Captain Ivan answered.
"XN-24 was the planet already named?" Mark asked in confusion.
"It was named by an exploration team who had arrived before anyone else, there is also information that the crew member on that team had leaked the information about the planet". Captain Ivan answered.
"Hmm so there will be some drama happening inside the crew. It will be interesting. Be fully alert all the time we should be aware of anyone spying on us. deploy signal jammers and send scout team to survey the surrounding" Mark gave specific orders to the captain and went to the hangar area where the Mech and the combat team were housed.
In the ship's hangar, we could see eight mechs lined up and there were some technicians doing some maintenance work.
Near the mech, there was a group of people standing around a table cheering a person who was drinking a bottle filled with Green liquid and near him, there were another 10 empty bottles.
"Come on Jake you can do it just five more bottles and you will break Captain Jaime's record" Alex a tall and muscular woman cheered her teammate.
"I can do it I can....." Half completing his sentence Jake started to throw up the liquor he drank.
"Ahhh come on man we have to clean this now. What the hell is wrong with you if you can keep it in your stomach don't challenge others" Sony a girl around the age of 25 reprimanded her team mate.
"Terry, Brain bring a bucket and a mope to clean this mess" Sony shouted at her teammate.
"Why can't you just say it to the cleaning robots they will do a better job than those two" said a dark-skinned man.
"Come on Noah, they are just sitting around doing nothing," Alex said Noah defending Sony.
"Where is Grey I didn't see her after we left Taxore?" Noah asked out loud.
"She's probably sitting inside her mech doing stuff, she's really weird after the boss made that prototype mech she always sticks around it, she even sleeps inside that mech" Erik answered Noah's question.
After surveying his team and the mech Mark closed the moniter and opened his designer pad. This was a piece of equipment he bought from the system it cost him 100,000 points to purchase it.
The main function of the item was to input what Mark designed and calculate the raw materials required to manufacture it. This product could produce mech parts which are input into the pad. It could be said that it is a nerfed version of the Star Forge because of its low production rate.
[Note the designer pad cannot produce items out of thin air Mark will have to deposite the type of raw material to manufacture the product.]

Mark was trying to design a new droid which could be used for combat and defense he desided to make an original concept by combining the ideas he got from the shows and movies he watched in his previous life.
Suddenly the ship's alarm started to ring notifying the passengers of the coming danger.
"Jim, what's the situation outside ?" Mark commanded the ship's AI.
"The is a group consisting of 5 mechs approaching our ship, the scanners show their weapons are online and could fire any moment. The ship shield and weapons systems are activated". The AI replied.
"Deploy the fighter crafts and scout ships immediately and search for their main ship and capture them inform Team Zero to prepare for battle and I need the enemy mech and ships". Mark gave orders.
After Mark gave the orders to attack there was a total of 15 spacecraft which was deployed from the ship. They were controlled by the AI Jim and started to attack the mech with laser weapons (Imperial tie fighters)(source from the system) because of their speed and shape the enemy mech with melee weapons couldn't do any damage only the ones with long-range weapons could damage them. But the fighters were assisted by the space ship which fired continuously and covered them from enemy sneak attack.
The mech was taken down soon as their arms and legs were disabled by the laser beams. The fighters then left for the main ship of the attackers as the remaining crew members inside the spaceship collected the half-destroyed mesh.
Soon after a while the main ship of the enemy was neutralised and the crew inside the ship were also captured and secured for interrogation.
[A/N: I know there are problems with the fighting scene I will really try to improve them. This is the first time writing a fight scene.]
The prisoners were escorted to the storage room located in the restricted area of the ship. Team Zero members were standing Guard outside the storage room as Mark and Captain Jaime were interrogating the prisoners.
<Inside the Storage Room>
Captain Jaime could be seen standing near the door with his arm near his weapons to use if it is necessary.
"Well, isn't this a happy occasion? So are you people going to tell me who you guys are or do I need to use force?" Mark said to the prisoners.
"Sorry Mr.Larkinson but we won't reveal any information. Right team" A tall guy the captain said as the other team members nodded.
"Yeah, I know you guys won't tell anything willingly I was just being polite, and you know my name so maybe from the Bright Republic I guess," Mark said but there was no response from the prisoners.
"That was disappointing. No worries I got another way" saying that Mark using force and lifted the team captain, Mark grabbed him by his neck and used force to read through his mind Surprisingly there was no resistance as Mark inspected his mind. He found out, they were a group funded by a mech manufacturing company that was interested in the resources of the planet.

"Just an exploration team, and here I thought they were sent to catch me. Mr.Fanco will surely have a surprise waiting for him". Mark said out loud.
This surprised the captain and the team who were shocked to hear their employer's name.
"But I can't let you guys go free, not after what you saw" saying that Mark was about to use his powers when a woman in the group shouted.
"Please sir we will keep this a secret, just leave us we will flee from this star sector and no one will ever know about anything. Please we promise".
"I know you won't tell this incident to anyone," Mark said as he used force to choked everyone to death.
Just like that, every member of that team was dead.
"Jaime dispose of the bodies" Mark gave orders to Jaime and left to the hanger to inspect their mech and spaceship. After the inspection, he used the system and dismantled the materials from the ship and mech which were stored in his inventory.
He also received around 10K points for selling the materials and for killing the whole team.
"Jaime there are two more teams that Mr.Franco sent. When we land on the planet be sure to eliminate them" Mark said to Jaime.
