Tease

"Umm... last night did we do something other than the kiss?"

As soon as James heard this question, he turned around and faced Mirae. The puzzled look on her face made James question himself about whether she knew about what happened after the kiss or not? Or what she did to him when they were in the car?

As he began to think of words to speak, he heard Mirae say "I don't remember much after what happened after that kiss. It's all blurry in my head. Maybe if you tell me a few things, I might thoroughly remember what happened last night."

'That was a complete stupid question and a stupid elaboration.' Mirae said in her mind. She didn't even remember how that kiss felt like. She only just remembered that they kissed. Was it a smooch? Was there tongue involved? Did he touch her somewhere? Did she herself touch him somewhere? She didn't know what happened at all.

And due to this, Mirae felt that her mind could explode anytime considering the banging pain in her head.

"Nothing much. Just few more talks, a little touch here and there and some eye contact for a prolonged period of time." James answered in a not-so-elaborated way and smiled. "Yeah! That was all." He looked at Mirae's face for a few seconds and a teasing smile came over his lips.

Keeping his index finger on his chin, he gave a teasing smile and asked "Judging by the looks on your face, I suppose you wanted more to it. Is that true, Miss Mirae?"

Mirae was so lost after hearing James' answer that she forced her mind to try and recollect all that what happened and when she heard her name being called, she gave a nod only to see James inching closer to her.

James had a sly grin like a fox plastered on his face. And as he took a step further Mirae took a step backward. She knew where this was going and she wanted to stop but somewhere deep inside her heart, she wanted this to go on.

Lately, Mirae's thoughts were turning dirtier, and she couldn't deny the fact that this was all and only because of the man who was approaching her.

Lastly, James approached her and pushed her to the wall. He noticed that Mirae had closed her eyes. Another giggle escaped his mouth, and he lightly touched the eyelashes which were casting a shadow on her cheek.

"I think you should look at me from up closely. Who knows this might be your last chance?!" While Mirae had her eyes closed, James looked at her as much as he could. He wanted to fix this beautiful face inside his mind, his body, his soul... wherever he could so that he would never forget this beautiful face.

In the end, his eyes fell on her small lips which were shaking a little. He wanted to touch them again. Last night's kiss was done in such a hurry that he couldn't even remember how it felt like. He wanted to touch them again. But he knew that if he was to touch again, he would end up crossing the line.

Nevertheless, he thought that it would be best to tease her a little.

And so, he said "I wish we had done many other things other than just talk, Miss Mirae."

And maybe these words were like a spell or something because Mirae opened her eyes. She blinked a few times trying to adjust to the closeness of this attractive man. When Mirae was all adjusted, she looked at the man who had trapped her by his hands on either side of the wall.

Right now, she looked so short compared to the giant standing in front of her.

And looking into his green eyes, Mirae felt at a loss. She truly hadn't seen such an attractive face before in her entire lifetime. Well, there was Yeonjun but... compared to James he was just very dull.

"Uhhh..." Mirae completely fell at a loss for words. She just looked at him with a blank expression on her face.

Seeing her expressionless face, James gave another giggle and pulled the hairlock which was peeking out of her bun. Soon, her long black hair opened and landed down till her waist.

"You look pretty with your hair open." James moved closer and whispered in her ear such that his lips nibbled her earlobe and moved away from her.

Judging by the look at her face, James understood that anymore teasing and it will just go overboard. He quickly walked towards the door and said, "Before I drop you home, I request you to have lunch and go, Miss Mirae." Saying that, he walked out of the room giggling.

When Mirae saw him leave, she took deep breaths. It just felt like she had been holding her breath all this while... She touched her earlobe and imagined his lips touching her, again.

"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?"

However, after hearing his words, Mirae was now sure that nothing had happened in between them other than that kiss. Well, she was disappointed but guess that was okay for a first meeting alone. Mirae thought in her mind and walked out of the room.
