The road leads to karu local government secretariat, the junction is popularly known as "secretariat junction" opposite NNPC filling station Ado, karu local government area Nasarawa state.2.ii) The Aims of the local government is to unified local government ethnic groups together for easy follow-up of communication in terms of council administration2.iii) To ensure all paramount chiefs and district heads are united mose especially in terms of fighting insecurities of the council areas.2.iv) Objective: is to strengthening students for future employees, for placement and to provide student with opportunities to apply their educational knowledge in real work situation. Thereby bridging the gap between theory and practice, it is also to enlist and strengthen employees.2.v) The structure of an organization is as follows: there communication flow in an organization department in the following ways. The common ways organizational communication flows is upward and downward communication in an organization department. The communication that commence from the member of one director of a department to the list or the lowest subordinate in a department is known as upward communication while the communication that commence from the lowest subordinate of the department to the most senior officer in a department is known as downward communication, this type of communication can also pass through sectional heads of a department to the chief accountant of an organization.CHAPTER THREEACTIVITIES OF KARU LGA, FUNCTION AND EXAMPLE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT3.i) The activities of karu local government council are being carryout base on the functions of the seven department the organization have, the council activities are handle base on the areas of specialization of the seven department.3.ii) Personnel management department who are in charge of the following activities of the department, the department are in charge of managing files, it means that any management director that needs a file or files for any function of a department, need file or files for a signed tasks or job, need to approach personnel and management department to trace and dispatch assigned file or files to the department before the department can conveniently carryout the work.3.iii) The following is the process of tracing files, PA means Put Away. Director of personnel and management. This is were the file or files is pass to, Reference no: of a file, KRLG/ PP IN/70, file name Patta John. The above stated reasons is the record of file or files that has been recorded to department of personnel management office for carrying out organization assigned tasks.CHAPTER FOURCHALLENGE AND SOLUTION4.i) Challenge of student industrial work experience scheme ( SIWES) in karu local government council calls for mandatory, in order to address the problem, lack of office materials at work to which student encounter diverse challenges while on industrial attachment.4.ii) This study/report evaluated the effectiveness of SIWES programs in karu local government to ensure practical skills to some issues of constraint in the local government.4.iii) Solution: the management of karu should ensure they provide all necessary right material to every department that will be used in training attached student and the management staff should update in supplying electricity at every hours of office work.
