Tenshi ignored Tesoro's comedian act and sent him with Aino to Konoha to inspect the rest of the Village. He wondered where that kid Naruto went, it's been a year and a bit! Sasuke also hadn't been around.

Only Sakura, Ino, Hinata, and the rest popped in everyday for a bit before going to train.

Only Kakashi was here all day, even Jiraiya was gone!

Actually, if Tenshi wanted he could make them fight with him if someone came for the ship. As they could actually fight someone else who came to the deck, but Tenshi didn't want this. They were his customers, not his goons.

Otherwise his 'pirate crew' would rival an Emperor's!

But Buggy wasn't an idiot. He knew that he was sitting on a powder keg. He took Tenshi's advice to heart and expanded his business enterprise, even overhearing Tenshi talking about Awakening.

He had been working hard to Awaken his fruit.

Apparently Doflamingo could turn other things into strings. So that meant that his Godly self could chop other things?! Buggy was rising like a comet, maybe finally living up to his true potential.

It might all look like fun and games, but Buggy was actually a very calculating fellow, it is said that Shanks was told by Buggy the location of the Nika fruit! The real mastermind behind the world was Buggy!

As Buggy expanded his business, the more profits from selling Coffee Related merchandise for Tenshi. The more Aino's influence reached, the more goods that can be sold in the Bazaar, the more appealing the cafe would be, the more customers, the more coffee is sold!

The Gran Tesoro's casino profits went entirely to Tesoro, Carina, and Aino, whatever they did with it, Tenshi didn't care. The real reason for taking over the Gran Tesoro was to prevent Tesoro's tragedy, yes… But also!

The more popular the Gran Tesoro becomes, the more people will show up to it. Obviously with heavy advertising all around the Ship, people will come to the Cafe. After having a coffee, they will come back again and again. They could even get to the ship and be awed by the magic of it all.

Then to realize the perks of the Bazaar, Hibari's will explode with popularity! Everything was centered on Hibari's.

The only thing Tenshi used the Gran Tesoro for was its popularity and advertising potential. Everything served the cafe, not the other way around!

As the scale increased over and over again, Tenshi's profits will skyrocket.

How many people come to the Bazaar every day? They pay for rental, they pay for the trading fee, they pay 2% on currency exchange, and Tenshi takes a cut from all trades. On top of this, when they get hungry or thirsty, they only need to come to the cafe and spend some money on a coffee and pastry.

Thousands of people and more buying more than one coffee everyday, coming back again and again… This is an unimaginable wealth!

Most of Tenshi's money went back into operations so his grand total fluctuated frequently.

In terms of making money, he was way ahead of everyone else.

The purpose of releasing Aino was for her to grab Devil Fruits and other exclusive items for the Bazaar! As the worlds ramped up, many people would want power. Look at Naruto, Tsunade had a Devil Fruit power now, this was too attractive for anyone to resist.

Tenshi didn't care about drugs and slaves and what not.

Did this garbage do anything for him? No, everything was useless.

The Bazaar only existed for his benefit and appeal, much like the employees. If other people get rich and thrive, Tenshi was happy, they were smart to do so! That was why he placed Cafe Doors in the first place, draw in more and more people from around the World!

When Water 7 became the biggest trading island in the world, who would receive the most benefits?

It was Tenshi! It was always Tenshi.

All those goods and trades go through Water 7 and flow through Hibari's before coming back out as it circulated through various Islands and Konoha.

Then the name Hibari's is burned in everyone's minds.

Tenshi wanted to wrap the world around his finger and brand the word 'Hibari' into the surface of the planet. Even aliens will know about his Cafe!

This was a snowball that was rolling, it was impossible to stop. The only way to do so would be to kill him!

Which was nearly impossible anyway!

Even if he lost a fight, he could hide in Konoha, how could they get to him there?

At the end of the day, all he would lose would be the ship which could be rebuilt. He can take his Employees to Konoha, everyone else would return to their islands, he was like a rat or cockroach.

Or even a Zerg.

Impossible to get rid of!

Whether Tenshi would let his ship be destroyed or run like a coward… this had to be discussed, but in the end.

There was no stopping Hibari's cafe.
