'I need to hurry up!' 'I need to hurry up!' The black haired girl kept chantig in her mind. Her hands started getting sweaty as she looked through the designer bag. If it wasn't for the current situation, she would've loved to admire its expensive fabric and the small pieces of jewellery that adorned it. But right now.. she had far more important things to do. She needed to find it! She has wasted enough time already yet she hadn't reached her goal. A sigh of frustration left her mouth. "I swear.. I saw her putting that damn thing here with my very own eyes! How can it disappear like this?" Her question wasn't directed towards anybody yet she suddenly received an answer... One that she didn't like at all.

"Of course it didn't disappear! It doesn't have wings to fly on its own! I just didn't hide it there in the first place! I wouldn't risk putting it in an obvious place, now would I?" An amused voice rang in the empty classroom. The trembling girl turned around and was met with a smiling blond beauty. They were the same age yet the girl with golden locks was towering over her and that only intimidated her even more. As soon as her gaze fell on the video tape she was holding in her hand her legs started feeling shaky and in no time she fell to the ground begging :

"Blair, please don't.. Don't do this! My life would be over if you let that video go viral.. My family's reputation would be ruined. Y-you have seen it yourself, I've already received enough punishment. Please..." By now, the kneeling teenage was crying hysterically. Her pleas would have probably made other people sympathetic yet they couldn't make Blair budge from her place. Her eyes shone with amusement and her lips were drawn in a soft smile.. She was satisfied with the show! After taking a few steps forward she found herself standing right in front of her. Leaning down, their faces were inches apart. A dangerously low whisper left her mouth.

"Daniela my dear, you should've thought of that first before adding those drugs to my drink! I don't know what those bugs told you about me but let me enlighten you... I don't easily forget or forgive other's mistakes. You mess with me, you pay! Quite easy!" Daniela's face showed all kinds of emotions; anger, fear and most of all hatred. She lifted her eyes from the ground and replied:

"Why? Why.. only me? Shouldn't you also get your revenge from them? I-I just helped them a little bit thinking that it was meant to be a prank. I didn't know they wanted to go that far. How could I have know that they did arrange some men to.. s-sleep with y-you! .. Y-you know I don't have anything against you!" With that said, loud laughter filled the hall. Blair honestly didn't care if the other girl thought she was crazy and she knew that their school would be completely empty at this hour so she gave herself the freedom to act out of place for a while. Soon enough, her face dropped and her laughter died down. In no time her fist found its way to Daniela's black hair making her scream.

"I'm fed up with empty words! Where did your confidence go to? 'Just wait and see! I'll make you pay for seducing my boyfriend!' Wasn't that what you said to me last week? And.. Just to remind you; it's not my fault that your scumbag boyfriend chose me over you. I would've returned him back to you anyway. I don't like keeping trash with me." Her gaze traveled over the shaking girl who was turning an ugly shade of red from anger. Her fist loosened for a bit then tightened again as she continued saying. "And also...the last time I checked; one of these men was your cousin! Could he have been involved in any of this without your instructions? Oh.. By the way, I forgot to ask; how was the making out section? I hope the boys did a great job in satisfying you. It's ok, you don't need give a direct answer. I have everything recorded here!"

"F*ck you, ugly bi*ch! Why did you come into our lives? Just go to hell already!" As rage took over her mind Daniela found her voice again and she couldn't help but shout at Blair. She wanted to slap her face or kick her anywhere yet she couldn't as she found herself pressed tightly. This was really surprising giving in account the delicate body of her captor... This was a piece of cake for Blair; the girl had simply dealt with more.. trouble back in her old place, a place she vowed to never return to ever again. This was her new life and no person would have enough power to change this fact.

Instead of getting mad at her words, her smile widened earning a glare from the little trouble-maker.

"Yeah... That sounds more like you! It gets boring when you start begging..." Her voice trailed in a soft whisper as an idea crossed her mind "Your parents are quite strict, aren't they? I bet such a scandel will make them think about disowning you. As you know that's pretty commun in our society and.. I'm sure that your siblings will make them forget about your existence." Each word she spoke made the poor girl's face go one more shade paler as her puffy red eyes kept on releasing more tears.

"Actually.. I think I might spare you this time considering that I didn't get hurt." Her face lighted up upon hearing that. She felt her little gleam of hope growing bigger yet her joyment didn't last long as she heard her condition "But.. Since I'm not a very kind hearted person I'll of course be seeking compensations. How about this? Since you're quite close to my cousins you'll be helping me get back at them."

"H-how? What if they realise it and d-do something to me?" Daniela's voice cracked as she revealed her thoughts'

"Well.. Sweetie.. That's a choice you'd have to make; siding with me and earning their hate or siding with them and ruining your fate! Oh.. Wait! Those would serve as good lyrics in a song. Haha. Silly me, thinking about music in such a situation.." As Blair's mood brightened up, she started making jokes, totally aware of the hateful glare she was receiving. After a moment of silence, she realised she wouldn't be getting any answer so she added: "Do you realise that I have more advantages than them? Don't forget that the real ones In power are our parents or... in our case our grandfather. And who do you think is the apple of pappi's eyes. Of couse, sweet Blair! So even if she goes against her cousins they'll be the ones getting punished. Think about it, you're just going to borrow something from them and lend it to me. Remember you can always refuse, actually being a porn star is not really bad."

With that said, she organised her things, zipped her bag and exited the place leaving behind her a troubled girl lost in her thoughts.

One would've never believed that these seventeen-year old girls were capable of doing such things; scheming against each other and drugging them? Yeah, that's not how one would imagine their normal high-school years but who are we kidding? They weren't born to have normal lives like me and you. This was a war of power, you either win or fall. And trust me when I say, our girl won't be thinking about losing any time soon.

Blair kept on walking in the long hallway. With each step she took, the sound of her expensive shoes against the marble floor echoed louder. 'A sound foreshadowing the arrival of the queen' said her brain but.. deep inside of her another voice shouted 'These are but the golden chains. You will only be able to live freely if you get rid of them' . She brushed this thought aside and kept on walking until she reached the main gate. As soon as she was outside, only one thought registered in her mind.

'It's snowing.'

The snow hugged the streets like a day old baby, new and clingy. It was like the world had been put to bed, hushed under nature's frigid eider-down. How odd it was to look at that view, so familiar yet so different.

Looking closely, she saw the driver leaning on a beautiful black car. She wasn't an expert in car brands but she knew very well that this type of vehicle would've been far from er reach if she stayed back there.

She sent a single look towards the young man signaling him to open the door and without further ado he did as he as instructed. 'So even dogs learn if you keep on teaching them regularly. He should've done that from the beginning' thinking like that she hopped in as if she was in a hurry 'No need to be elegant, after all there's no one to impress.' And soon they wee on their way to the mansion with only one thought on her mind 'A whole weekend with the wizards and the witches. Such a pain in the ass. Maybe I'll take a nap before we arrive. Its going to be along journey.'

And with that decided she closed her eyes.
