Predestined meeting.

"She's living in Beau's house, the biggest mansion in the city center."

Discovering that her friend's cure was closer than he expected.

Geralt had to find a way to get out of this room so he could get to Beau's house.

However, he knew that this would not be an easy task.

The sentries outside wouldn't let him just go out, take his horse and wander around the city.

When he was thinking about what to do so he could get to Beau's house.

A guard with a different uniform entered the guardhouse accompanied by two more normal guards.

They talked quietly among themselves and one pointed out to Geralt who was thoughtful at the table.

Approaching him, the guard with different clothing spoke to Geralt.

"One of the guards reported to me that he brought two people to the guardhouse."

"When I heard his description of you, I was curious and wanted to take a look."

Analyzing Geralt's face and attitude, the leader of the guards spoke.

"You really look like him, your hair color is almost the same.

"His face has little expression and most importantly, you both have the same medallions, but his is smaller."

"You guys even look like relatives."

Sitting down in the chair next to Geralt he continued.

"Do you know Kakashi?"

Geralt didn't show his confusion on his face, he didn't know who this person with a strange name was.

But he realized that he could use the guard's confusion to his advantage.

Normally he wouldn't do this, as it was a risky bet where he could get screwed, but Dandelion's situation was serious.

For this reason, Geralt was ready to take a risk if it would save Dandelion.

And how he noticed what the guard's tone held, fear and respect when he mentioned the name Kakashi.

He knew he had a decent chance of convincing the guard in front of him.

From the description provided by the guard, Geralt believed that Kakashi was a Witcher.

Then he could sort it out with him after his friend was safe.

"Kakashi, he's an old friend of mine, I came to the city to meet him."

"My visit was scheduled to take place tomorrow, but our friend was injured and we had to speed up our arrival."

Geralt said, pointing to Dandelion on the bed.

The guard leader wasn't very convinced, so he wanted to confirm.

If the man in front of him really had any ties to Kakashi.

Wanting to gain Kakashi and Yennefer's favor. The leader of the guards came as quickly as he could.

When he heard Geralt's description from his subordinate.

But he knew he couldn't make a mistake if he let someone who caused trouble in the city enter.

He would be punished and could even lose his position. He was stuck in a dilemma.

Having Kakashi's favor could help him rise through the ranks. But he knew he could lose everything.

"Where would you find Kakashi?"

"At Beau's house, he told me he would wait for me there."

Hearing the conversation, the three elves looked at each other, but decided not to interfere. They knew Geralt was lying.

Geralt didn't know it, but the goddess of luck was next to him.

If he had spoken anywhere else his entry would have been barred until dawn.

But when he mentioned Beau's current residence. He managed to convince the guard of his identity.

Managing to be led to his horse, they even helped him put Dandelion on the horse's saddle.

And they offered to take him to the ambassador's house, but Geralt refused.

So he was only told where Beau lived.

While approaching the residence on their horse, Gerald and Dandelion were intercepted by Beau's residence guards.

Noticing the doorman's gaze, Geralt was not intimidated.

He was used to suspicious looks and harsh words from people like the doorman.

The truth was he didn't like being seen as different, but he knew he couldn't change how others saw him.

So he just shrugged and went on his way, leaving the doorman behind with his mumbled words.

After all, he had more important things to worry about than other people's opinions.

"You guys couldn't come by, Mr. Beau only works at dawn and by appointment."

"And you guys, you don't seem like the type of people who would do business with Mr. Beau."

"Let him rest peacefully"

"The issue I wish to discuss is not with him, but with the woman who is staying here."

"If you're looking for a woman, go to a brothel."

"Get out of here immediately!"

Geralt untied a small leather bag from his belt and checked its weight by holding it by the strap.

!There's no point in trying to bribe me! You won't pass."

 The doorman said proudly.

The guard was too tall and robust to possess enough agility to dodge or dodge.

Swinging a heavy bag, Geralt hit the guard hard in the forehead.

Causing him to fall to the ground dizzily. Geralt kicked him away with a leg kick.

And then he hit him again holding the bag. Even after this second attack, the doorman did not faint.

The third time Geralt attacked him with all his strength, causing the guard to finally lose consciousness.

After passing the guard, Gerald approached the main door of the mansion.

He carefully removed Dandelion from his horse. His necklace vibrated as he approached his friend's upper body.

Showing the great concentration of magic in that area.

The smell of putrid blood coming out of Dandelion's mouth was suffocating for someone with superior senses like him.

Placing the troubadour on his shoulder, Gerald prepares to enter the mansion.

That would result in a meeting that would change the lives of those present at that place.

Geralt didn't know that his presence was already known.

By the time Geralt arrived with Dandelion, his presence had already been discovered in the residence.

Descending to the ground floor, Kakashi moved stealthily through the gloom.

His heightened senses already indicated that the unwanted intruder was close to the entrance of the residence.

Kakashi blended into the shadows of the night, he disguised his scent, and stood in a high place. Where his voice would be distributed equally.

So no one could find him with just his five senses. Even though his senses were quite sharp.

Upon witnessing Kakashi's action, Yennefer quickly sought refuge in the kitchen.

Aware that he did not have the same keen senses as the ninja. She had complete confidence in her abilities and her ability to make decisions.

If Kakashi believed that the best approach would be this, she would follow.

Yennefer remained alert and attentive to events. Ready to support Kakashi when needed.

Prepared to cast a spell at any time.

Completely camouflaged, Kakashi witnessed the moment Geralt forced entry into Beau's residence.

And he entered carrying Dandelion practically unconscious on his shoulder.

Feeling the strong magic, which was permeated in the body of the troubadour who was unconscious. Kakashi became alert.

A smell of clotted blood so strong emanated from the troubadour that it made Kakashi's nose turn red.

'That doesn't make sense, because someone would break into Beau's house carrying a man in that state, even more so when he's completely unarmed.'

Observing the attacker, Kakashi believed that he had no malicious intentions.

However, Kakashi was still on alert with Geralt.

Even though he was dark Kakashi was able to identify his features, and he was a Witcher.

And his first impression of the Witchers was not a good impression, he knew they were dangerous.

Brehen demonstrated this to Kakashi, Brehen massacred an entire village without any compassion, so Kakashi had a small prejudice against Witchers.

Kakashi would be wary of the Witchers until it was proven that Brehen was simply a lone madman and did not represent an entire race.

"Who are you? And why did you break into this house?"

Speaking seriously and imposingly, Kakashi wanted to verify their intentions.

His words resonated equally throughout the area.

"I have no malicious intent."

Geralt spoke respectfully, he noticed the strange way the voice communicated, in a very formal and imposing way.

Characteristics present in people with great prestige and influence.

"I just went into your house looking for help for a friend."

Geralt revealed Dandelion's face, which had blood running down his lips.

With a dark expression on his face, and showing difficulty breathing.

"You haven't introduced yourself yet! And you haven't even mentioned your goals."

"In this house, there are no healers or herbalists."

"And if you were looking for a refuge, there are several less protected houses next door."

Sighing in frustration, Geralt didn't really like this type of interaction.

"I am Geralt of Rivia, I am a Witcher!"

"My companion is not suffering from common ailments, he is bewitched, he needs treatment from a sorceress."

Geralt decided to respond as respectfully as possible.

His instincts warned him that Kakashi was dangerous, and that the best way to resolve this situation was to cooperate.

Furthermore, Dandelion was injured and beside him, the person watching him might want to take advantage of this situation.

After noticing Gerald's lack of aggression, Kakashi came out of the shadows where he was hiding.

He appeared next to Geralt as if he were a ghost, taking him completely by surprise.

Observing the individual before him, Kakashi displayed calmness.

However, he was ready to act as soon as he detected any sign of aggression from the Witcher.

As he looked at Gerald, Kakashi noticed the man's essence.

His physique completely transformed by the arduous battles, his muscles well defined. His posture indicated that he would be a dangerous opponent.

Kakashi showed no anxiety at the prospect of a confrontation with the Witcher.

This time he was in better physical shape than the last time he faced a Witcher.

He was confident that he could win a confrontation against him quite easily.

Convinced that the Witcher before him had, at most, skills equivalent to those of an inexperienced Jonin.

Which was considered weak relative to his own current power level.

"Don't let my appearance deceive you, the last Witcher who belittled my abilities didn't have a very pleasant end."

When he caught the not-so-hidden insinuation in the speech of the boy before him.

Gerald decided not to look down on him as he was unaware of the situation he was involved in.

For him, Kakashi wasn't just a boy. Kakashi had to be something more, his words didn't seem like just bravado to Geralt.

However, he was not frightened and just responded with a snort to the warning he received.

"Yen, you can leave now."

"It seems our visitors are looking for your help."

Contemplating that scene of someone coming out of the shadows of the kitchen. Manipulating fire with magical skill.

Gerald was amazed. But it wasn't because of Yennefer's precise control of magic, he marveled at her beautiful appearance.

He boasted that he had dated some of the most stunning women in the Kingdoms.

But the one in front of him was incomparable. She was on a completely different level than the other women he saw.

Curly, dark hair blended into her gloom, highlighting her porcelain-white skin even more.

Her enigmatic violet eyes mesmerized anyone who looked at them, her elegant, thin lips, dyed in a soft shade of red, highlighted her beauty.

Its enveloping fragrance, which spread throughout the environment, awakened the senses of those around it.

Even without being able to visualize her body under the heavy black bear fur coat, the incredible physical perfection she possessed was evident.

But he felt something more than physical attraction for that woman in front of her, Geralt felt something he had never experienced before.

His heart, which hadn't accelerated for a long time, felt like the wings of a hummingbird, very fast and agitated.

He could hear her heartbeat. This was even more evident to him, as every Witcher had a slower heartbeat than that of normal humans.

Taking a deep breath, Geralt calmed the rhythm of his heart. However, he was still admiring the approaching beauty.

'Am I under some enchantment spell? My heart is racing so fast, I feel like it's going to come out of my chest, I've never felt like this before'.

Geralt was immediately enchanted by the sorceress's beauty, but he didn't allow it to show on his face.

Maintaining his usual calm, he tried to control his feelings and desires that had become out of control.

"A Witcher".

She whispered, stepping closer as she elegantly approached them.

"He's the first Witcher I've seen up close, and on top of that he's the renowned White Wolf."

"I've heard comments about you."

"Will you excuse me?"

Yennefer asked, touching Geralt's face, Witchers were a big topic of discussion in the Sorceresses community.

Observing the figure before her with interest, it was the first time Yennefer had come across a Witcher.

These beings were becoming increasingly scarce, there were few representatives of their species these days

And since her breed was almost instituting, seeing one in person was a great source of information for her.

But when she saw him, her expectations were frustrated, there was a lot of talk about Witchers, so she expected a completely superior being.

He was just a slightly more powerful human with some small differences. Compared to Kakashi who was next to him they were just ordinary.

However, her curiosity was not the only reason that made her become close to him in this way.

She wanted to know, what his reaction would be, and what she discovered confirmed her suspicions.

Geralt was like most other men, who only cared about his appearance. This fact alone made her dislike for him increase.

But besides that she had another objective, Yennefer also wanted to see Kakashi's reaction to her attitude.

This was the first time she had interacted in this way with a man in this world.

And even in the world of illusions, she was never the one who approached any man. It was always men who tried to get close to her.

Even though Kakashi didn't directly show what she felt, Yennefer felt discomfort from him.

Which left her quite satisfied, it wasn't the feeling she wanted him to feel.

But for Yennefer, that was enough.

After being satisfied with the reactions she received from Kakashi, she directed her attention to the man almost passed out on the couch.

Taking a quick look at him, Yennefer could see that he was under the effect of an extremely powerful spell.

Although he appeared to be in a dangerous situation to any observer other than an experienced sorceress.

In fact, his condition was not as serious as he appeared. Yennefer realized she could use this to her advantage.

She had been looking for a Djin for a long time, and had the assistance of a specialist in hunting supernatural creatures.

Your chances of finding him would be greater. Yennefer believed that with Geralt's help, she would get what she was looking for.

With a mischievous smile on her face, Yennefer turned her gaze to Gerald.

Although he used an indifferent tone and disinterested posture, it was clear that he cared about the man on the sofa.

Gerald entered the residence of an individual of great power, where a mysterious sorceress lived, wanting to save his life.

Yennefer was unaware of the nature of the connection between the two, but she was certain that it was not something conventional.

"It seems the rumors aren't that reliable."

"I constantly heard that Witchers were devoid of emotions."

With an exaggerated movement, she indicated Gerald.

"Yet before me stands the renowned White Wolf, eager to rescue his love."

Her mischievous smile widened.

"Demonstrating that Witchers have affections that go beyond what is believed."

Gerald was startled by Yennefer's words, he recognized that her actions were unusual.

However, he didn't imagine she would come to that conclusion.

"We don't have a romantic relationship, he is simply a very annoying fellow traveler."

Choosing not to prolong this discussion, Yennefer was objective.

"I have no interest in the romantic relationship between you."

"I have more pressing concerns at the moment."

Yennefer reached out her hand, bringing her face closer to Geralt's face and looking him straight in the eyes.

As he swallowed hard.

"Do your irises automatically adjust according to the brightness of the environment? Or can you control their dilation?"

"Is it possible to manipulate and restrict them according to your will?"

"Yennefer."

Geralt spoke calmly.

"I traveled on horseback all day without taking breaks, until I reached Rinde."

"I spent the night without sleep waiting for the entrance to be released."

"I hit the guard hard on the head, who was reluctant to allow me entry."

"I abruptly and persistently interrupted your well-deserved rest."

"I carried out this action completely motivated by the need to help a friend of mine, since only you have the ability to help him."

"Therefore, I request your collaboration and then I will be available to discuss my mutations."

The sorceress backed away, pursing her mouth, pretending to have an upset expression.

"What type of assistance are you seeking?"

"About the recovery of organs injured by magic, your throat, vocal cords and larynx were affected."

"This damage was caused by some kind of red cloud... or something extremely similar."

"Something extremely similar?"

Yennefer echoed. Curious what the Witcher was talking about.

"In other words, it wasn't a reddish mist that hurt your friend."

"If it wasn't a red cloud, then what was it?"

"Speak at once, for I was interrupted from my sleep and I have neither the strength nor the inclination to probe your brain."

Noticing Geralt's hesitation, Yennefer intervened.

"I think the best thing would be for you to tell us everything that happened."

"That way, I could treat your friend in the best way possible."

Watching Geralt being summoned by Kakashi, Yennefer decided to let him lead the investigation.

"We were near a lake when we came across an unusual object"

"Dandelion accidentally broke the bottle, freeing the being trapped inside."

The more she heard the story, the more Yennefer became convinced that he was talking about a Djin.

Realizing that he knew where what she was looking for so urgently was.

Yennefer felt excited, although she remained impassive in her facial expression and verbalization.

"A Djin imprisoned in an ancient jar".

She watched Dandelion with curiosity, Yennefer wanted to analyze the impact of the Djin's spell on him.

With a sample available for her research, she would have the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of that creature's abilities.

This would enable the development of more effective strategies to capture it.

"It wasn't a Djin, It was a variant of a scarlet mist. A new, unknown species."

"A new and unknown species deserves a name."

Yennefer spoke, while watching the troubadour.

"And the word Djin is no worse than any other."

"You can go ahead, what happened next?"

Geralt obeyed.

"Nothing else. I chased away what you call a Djin."

"With what?"

Geralt let out a sigh.

"Through an incantation, to be more precise, through an exorcism ritual."

"What exorcism?"

She repeated the spell, respecting the safety rules that required replacing the vowel "e" with an aspiration.

He didn't want to end up causing a magical accident in the middle of Yennefer's house.

He thought he would impress the sorceress with the knowledge of that exorcism, so he was very astonished to hear a laugh coming from her.

"What's funny about that?"

"This exorcism of yours."

Yennefer said between laughs, even catching Kakashi surprised by that.

He didn't understand what Witcher said, but now his curiosity has been awakened.

"Triss is going to die laughing when I tell her about this!"

Hearing the name Triss coming out of Yennefer's mouth, Kakashi was surprised.

As the months that he lived in this world passed, he began to believe that she did not exist in this world.

Triss and Yennefer were very close, so when he didn't see Yennefer mentioning her name or visiting her once.

Kakashi believed that she was a creation of the world of illusions, so he felt conflicted when he discovered that she actually existed.

The desire to find the person he loved lit up in his heart, but he knew that she was not the Triss he knew.

She didn't remember him or know him, Kakashi doesn't even know if she has the same appearance or personality.

This Triss could be a completely different person from his Triss, which is why he hesitated.

He would like to keep the memories of his romance with Triss as they were.

Or he would risk starting a new romance and ending up ruining his memories.

It was a difficult decision he found himself in, Triss was still his owner at heart.

His feelings for her were still very strong.

Sometimes he would contemplate the moments the two had together, for Kakashi they were sweet memories.

Kakashi wasn't very good at dealing with his feelings for that reason, he was someone extreme when it came to them.

Even though he was hesitant he made up his mind, Kakashi would go to meet Triss and when he met her, he would decide her future destiny with her.

If he would try to be her lover again, if they would just be friends or become just acquaintances.

Without the necessary information he would not make this choice.

He just didn't know how he would approach the Triss issue with Yennefer, he would leave that topic for the future.

Since he would have little control over Yennefer's feelings on this matter. But he decided not to hide these things from her anymore.

Yennefer didn't know the many turbulent thoughts that went through Kakashi's head after hearing Triss' name.

For her, the two were at most acquaintances, they never showed themselves to be close in front of Yennefer.

She never imagined that the two had a romantic relationship that lasted decades, hidden from her.

If she found out, Yennefer would be furious with them both.

"Who taught you this… this exorcism, Witcher?"

"A priestess of the temple of Huldra. It is a secret language of that sanctuary."

"It may be secret to some, but it is known to others."

With an amused smile on her face Yennefer continued

"That wasn't an exorcism, Geralt."

"And I advise you never to repeat those words in another temple again."

"If that wasn't a spell, then what was?"

She asked the Witcher. He was confused by that.

"A very witty saying."

"What kind of saying?"

"It doesn't matter now."

"It's quite clear that it wasn't your pathetic exorcism that caused the creature to flee."

"It seems more likely that she released all her anger towards her partner and came out of complete boredom."

"That's quite possible."

He agreed grimly Geralt.

"And I think the creature didn't go to Cidaris to end Valdo Marx's life."

"And who would this Valdo Marx be?"

Yennefer asked curiously.

"A troubadour my companion considers, someone devoid of talent."

Yennefer turned quickly, a strange gleam in her violet eyes.

She looked at Kakashi who had a similar look on her face.

They came to the realization that Geralt had met a Djin and that his friend had made a wish, which confirmed the Mist's identity.

"Did your friend have time to express one of his wishes?"

"Two wishes, both completely stupid. But why do you ask that?"

"After all, this story about wishes being granted by Djins or lamp spirits is nothing more than complete idiocy."

Yennefer didn't know if Geralt really believed that or if it was just an act.

Her lack of expression made it difficult to read her true thoughts.

"I agree that it's completely idiotic."

Yennefer repeated, with a smile.

"Obviously. This is nothing more than a meaningless invention."

"Just like all the legends in which good spirits and fairies fulfill men's desires."

"Such tales are invented by simpletons who don't even think of their countless desires and desires being met through their own actions."

With a beautiful sly smile on her face, Yennefer faced Geralt.

"I'm happy to see that you're not one of those types of people, Geralt of Rivia. With this, you become spiritually closer to me."

"When I really yearn for something, I don't dream, I always get what I long for."

"I have a question to ask you, Geralt, regarding the seal that covered that container… It remains in your friend's possession."

The Witcher thought before responding.

The seal was not with Dandelion, but with himself, precisely in his pocket.

Experience, however, told him that one should not count too much on sorceresses.

"I think so".

He replied, not letting her understand why he was hesitating.

"Yes, it must be with him. But why do you ask about the seal?"

"Do you think it might be important?"

"What a strange question for you"

She observed sharply.

"For a Witcher who specializes in monsters and supernatural things."

"You should know that a seal like that is important enough not to touch it… or allow a friend to touch it."

Geralt clenched his jaw. The blow was accurate.

"However, I know that mistakes happen, there are no infallible people and, apparently, there are also no Witchers who don't make mistakes."

"Anyone can make a mistake."

"But something is bothering me about your story, how did you find out about me?"

"With an elf called, Chireadan, he informed me about you."

Yennefer gave a smile that wasn't very happy about that, she didn't know he had returned.

In the past, she rejoiced when he courted her, as Yennefer felt that she needed true affection and couldn't find it.

She used people who were attracted to her beauty as a way to feel wanted.

But now she didn't need it anymore, so she felt distaste for these superficial people.

Her displeasure was so great that she usually kicked them out without the slightest decorum.
