With the military researching in there black sites, and Imperial Russia position on the world stage ever improving Anastasia decided it was time to secure Imperial Russias position on the national outside of her technical knowledge and patents.

Nikolai, had been enjoying his life after the war, with his semi retirement from the military and now training the best of the best for special operations training.

Best of all he got to go home for months at a time and spend time with his his wife and his new son Peter on the farm he was given after the war, Most of the work was down by the hired hands while he was away but he work just as hard when he was home.

But when the Czarina had personally called for him to come to the new Palace that was currently under construction, he was escorted to the deepest parts of the palace where he was shown the personal office and lab of the Czarina.

It was then he felt like he stepped into a science fiction book, walls were covered in machines that he had no idea what they were and devices were scattered across tables that he remembered from his night wolf days but most of it was disassembled.

Anastasia looked away from her computer screen where she was looking at different data sheets for the new equipment. "Ah, Nikolai Rasputin it is a pleasure to finally meet you in person, Your notes have and critiques have been of great help In improving The Nicholas-19 (Ak-47) and the tactical kit of new soldiers.

Not to mention your teaching at the military academy has helped develop an entire new military strategy, now the reason for my requests is I have to ask you to take on a very serious task."

The Czarina had stood and moved too a filing cabinet to the side and looked through it for a moment and pulled out a blueprint.

It was a simple tomb intricately carved in various symbols and carvings of soldiers in various uniforms from throughout Russian history.

"This is the Tomb of the unknown Soldier, it is for every soldier that has given there life for the hope and future, from the defense against the mongols in the 11th century to those lost during the revolution.

And I want you to be the leader of the casket carriers, you and a number of other who have distinguished themselves in duty and bravery shall lay the man to final rest."

Nikolai was is disbelief he was just the son of a farmer and a soldier this was an honor like nothing he had ever had the opportunity to accomplish.

All Nikolai could do was salute the Czarina and give a firm nod as he did not trust his voice at the moment.

Ana have the man a real smiles and patted the man on the shoulder, "Thank you Nikolai, now please stay for dinner I'll have someone escort your family here if you would give them a call."

This would be the first of many visits Nikolai and his family would do to the Czarina, his wife Alexandra and the Czarian would become fast friends after she calmed down.

His son though would become the most attached and would in private call her Aunt Anna for most of his life, Nikolai though would be her personal tester for all her military equipment for her special ops and private guard for many years.

Besides the monument being built in Vladivostok, Anastasia thought of way to improve the reputation of her nation to encourage people to immigrate and due business with her nation.

First in Environment, no one wants to live in cities that are disgusting or dangerous. So policies and programs have begun to modernize the sewer, garbage collection, and street cleaning.

These jobs are some of the least wanted, so another law has been written into effect Government subsidized housing. With many people that fled the Soviets not having a dollar to their name and relying on relatives and handouts to survive, they are selected off there health and skill set and given jobs based off that.

So a carpenter will not be a street sweeper but a fresh faced 18 year old with not skills and barely any education are entered into starter jobs like garbage collectors or sweepers and gain different trade skills and work there way up.

To prevent these jobs being seen as for the idiots and the lazy, using the Harmony and Propaganda perks she had gotten ashes of the problem and they are seen as starter jobs for the young or those who wanted a fresh start.

And interestingly enough a group of teenagers after watching the movies Anastasia had made got the idea to start a recycling center and with the civilian economy still slow they have begun selling things back to manufacturers.

Second is faith in the government, which wasn't a large problem. With the government successfully ending the revolution and establishing a full legal system most of the world recognized us as a fully independent government.

In addition with the constant expansion of education, police and medical assistance most citizens saw the government in a better light than before the war.

Third is the economy which is stable and slowly growing. The problem is that most people do not have the education to successfully develop an international company or even a small one, or the money to maintain such a large scale business.

Most of the business are small mom and pop stores that supply the local community, but in the next 4 to 5 years an upswing is expected when the current group of 18-20 year olds graduate from schooling.
