The first stretch of rail has been completed that was entirely built during Anastasia Rule, over two thousand miles of brand new track that replaced old and outdated track and built brand new line that stretched from Vladivostok through both Manchuria and Mongolia allowing much needed supplies to arrive without Zeppelin help.

The first stretch of highway have also been completed along the coast of the Sea of Japan allowing quick response time in case of Japanese invasion, the work that the infrastructure projects have imploded over the thousands men in the laying alone not including the various refineries and oil wells that have need to be built to supply the tar for roads.

With the money from these jobs new businesses have begun to spring up the most interesting is the Motorcycle manufacturing that has sprung up, called the Stribog company they have developed the first off road motorcycle.

These bikes have already have a back order for months the government wanted them, a variety other companies wanted them as well for traversing the wilderness of Siberia.

The diplomatic core have begun sending out people to nations the world over to establish embassies, as Anastasia needed in roads for her plans for the Great Depression and its aftermath.

The major embassies are Britain, French, and USA all of these nations are the major players in the Far East that do not currently plan on taking over Imperial Russian lands.

The embassy with the most amount of wolf currently is the one in Britain as the Royal family has sent a message wishing for Anastasia to visit as they are the only family she has left.

The other major diplomatic projects are the diplomatic mission to the Chinese warlords.

Bagaridai of the Imperial Russian Diplomatic Cores was not a very good Mongolian, he absolutely hated riding on horse back. So when he was placed in charge of the diplomatic missions to the Cliques he was given a blank check for military assets to be used.

So he was in one of the experimental Zeppelins for transporting personnel, so far the experiments have outlined that they have very few active military applications as the advancements in airplanes are outstripping the zeppelins usefulness.

But for traversing the Altai Mountains ranges that would normally take months to traverse with the amount of personnel and equipment they were bringing.

With a air wing of 5 Zeppelins three bing the Cargo variant, two holding 200 men from the military and the diplomatic core to establish an embassy and a small military base for future expansion, Russian expertise, and training in a variety of fields.

While he was heading for the Ma family another group on horse back was heading for Xinjiang as they would respect a more traditional group as they are more traditionalist.

While the Ma, family is a more "radical" group with its modernization and bringing in more foreigner advisors, which is why Bagaridai was going all out with the presentation.

So when they crested over the mountain the locals were pretty impressed, the captain landed the Airwing just inside the border of the Clique.

While setting up camp for the night the scouts saw it in the far off distance a plume of dust rose up front the desert as a battalion of camels and horses charged over a dune.

The military guard moved to defensive positions around the zeppelins, while Bagaridai moved to greet the greeting party.

Wearing his traditional Deel, he waved his hand in a greeting the Calvary stopped about 100 yards from Bagaridai, leading them is non other than Ma Bufang himself in full military get up.

Bag gave the man a polite bow and a raised hand, "Greetings Chairman Ma, in the name her Majesty Czarina Anastasia Nikolaevna of imperial Russia Empress and Autocrat of All the Russias'.

In her name I Bagaridai request to initiate formal diplomatic talks and further good relations between our nations." Bag called out to the war lord in Hui Chinese-Arabic, Which the Czarina had made multiple videos to teach the entire expedition the language to help integrate themselves with the locals.

Chairman Ma approached Bag while still staying on his horse and circled the man examining bag closely.

Ma-"You speak Arabic well Mr. Bagaridai, I welcome the diplomatic delegation of Imperial Russia."

Bag-"Thank you Chairman, you and a group of your men are welcome to join us in the Zeppelins and make our way to Xining for further talks."

With diplomatic relations formally initiated, between the various Cliques and imperial Russia constant flights from Zeppelins and airships have been the nations moving men and equipment while the treaties and economic investment.

But back in Russia a new Airship was being personally designed by the Czarina to act as a pleasure vessel, tactical hub, and touring vessel.

Using the most advanced materials and advanced equipment the world over, as with the addition of new perks in computers and synthetic materials that borderlines magical a revolutionary new Zeppelin has been designed.

200 Meters in length (about 2 football fields) and 100 Meters tall the "Arm Of Russia" is designed to be a Flying Fortress and be one of a kind as the materials needed to build it are so expensive and rare that it is currently unfeasible for them to be mass produced.

(This was only partly true, these materials could be mass produced and secretly are in the far off northern border of Siberia to help develop more advanced icebreaker ships but as far as the rest of the world knows this. While the materials are military secrets there has already been an increase in spy activity in Imperial Russia.)

The Airship will be completed by mid 1922 and testing ending by the end of the year and a grand tour is going to initiated, the Czarina will visit all the major cities of Imperial Russia, then head to the USA to meet with various native tribes, minorities, and the president. The place before returning will be Great Britain to meet with the royal family.

All of these stops will be to secure an alliance and guarantees that they will not interfere with the re-conquering of Western Russia.
