Chapter 13 The Prize

"Hello human Cyril you have won your school tournament and have now become the strongest in your school. Although you have done quite well you are considered average at this stage.

Now here is the prize room you may choose your prize from any of these items." 02 said as Cyril inspected the room there seemed to be a few manuals, elixirs and armaments.

Cyril first looked at the elixirs. There were 5 they were all 2nd Stage elixirs but they gave various benefits. The Agile Elixir gave you higher agility growth and maximum for the 2nd Stage. The Strength Elixir did the same as did the Endurance Elixir and the Perception Elixir. The fifth one though was special. It was a Haki Elixir it increased the maximum limit of Haki for Stage 2.

After deliberating for a while Cyril asked "02 if I take the elixirs does the upper limit apply to Stages 3 and above or just to Stage 2 and then the effect vanishes?"

02 responded almost instantly "It's PERMANENT meaning that it sticks through all the stages. Since you would enter Stage 3 with that stat having a higher base of course when you got it to max for Stage 3 the limit would be higher."

Knowing this Cyril still decided to look at the armaments and asked "02 how much is a Stage 2 Elixir worth from the shop?"

"1000." it replied with.

"Then how much do the limit boosting pills cost?" Cyril asked. "10000." 02 responded with again.

Cyril seeing as he had a free oportunity to get information he continued to ask more and more questions

"So how much is the Primate Body Training Manual worth?"

"500."

"Then what is the average worth of these armaments and weapons."

"Around 5000-9000."

'So the elixirs are definitely a better deal.' Cyril tought while pointing towards the Haki Stage 2 Elixir and saying "I want that Elixir then."

"Okay then." 02 said as light flashed before before Cyril's eyes and he was in school.

Once he appeared everyone looked at him as he appeared with a flash of light and had just become the strongest in school.

The top 4 apart from Drake and Jack looked at him with hostility. They all had already drank their Stage 2 Elixir there's was pink but they could see that his Elixir was pure black. Some of them couldn't take it but they knew causing trouble outside of the fighting area was futile.

Apart from that they couldn't even beat Cyril in a fight. As although the Stage 2 limit was lifted with the elixir they didn't get any power increase.

Soon after infront of everyone Cyril drank his Elixir causing his face to turn red hot and his limits to be broken. Once Cyril trained more he would become a Stage 2 lifeform and officially be "beyond human" in a sense.

So Cyril met up with Jack and Drake and they chatted a bit before heading home. That was a long day.

Somewhere beyond human comprehension a group of beings appeared.

"Hahaaa things are getting interesting. A transmigrator appeared in a Universe where he wasn't supposed to. Now this is funny now fate shall be twisted or was it all part of "it's" fate or did "they" interfere?" One being asked

But the rest just joked it off saying that the transmigrator known as Cyril was an "anomally".
