The location of the Apex Paragon was found as the eyes of many Hegemonies turned towards it, Oathkeeper obtaining this information himself as he had a thoughtful look on how to move.
After he had searched and pleaded with no answers, he looked towards himself for them as he soon found one!
It wasn't something he would have ever resorted to doing, nor was it something a being like him would have been capable of thinking of in the past.
But certain circumstances required him to make a move.
