Kylie's POV.

In the distance was a woman.

"You two make a great couple but, too bad you can't be together," she said with a small smile.

"We can be together," I said as Ash pulled me closer.

"Didn't he tell you? He's not human," she said smelling a rose as she came closer.

I looked at Ash and he was tense.

"What is she talking about?" I asked.

"I was going to tell you," he whispered.

"Too bad, huh?" She said touching my hair.

Ash pulled me away from her.

"Who are you?" He asked.

"Oh...where are my manners? I'm queen Adela, ruler of all blue bloods and the one that will make sure your girl dies," she said with a laugh.

She raised her hands and I saw lights flash and everything went black...

Kylie's POV.

I woke up with a killer headache. I looked around and realized I was in my room then I remembered what happened last night.

"Ash," I sighed as it all came back to me.

I heard talking downstairs so I went downstairs and found my mom and Ash talking. My eyes widened when I saw them.

"Oh...good morning honey," my mom greeted me when I reached down.

"Morning...what's going on?" I asked scratching the back of my neck which had a slight pain.

"Last night Ash carried you home because of some evil person who tried to kill you," she said. Then she explained everything.

"Well, this is a lot to digest," I said sitting down.

"I was going to tell you," Ash stated.

"Like when? After I die?" I asked getting angry.

"I think you should sort this out in your room," my mom said pushing us upstairs.

In my room...

I turned to look at him.

"So you saved me at the bank and became my boyfriend after words and you're the chosen one so you can't be dating me and I'm just being informed?!" I asked sitting on my bed as I fought back the tears.

"And you said it was hard to digest," Ash stated sitting beside me.

"I'm not joking," I said as a tear slipped away and he wiped it with thumb.

"I'm not leaving you. I have a choice, if I want to go to the next life and leave you or not," he said with a smile.

I nodded and he kissed me. My phone started ringing which caused us to pull away. It was a message from Tina.

*We have to start decorating for the party* it said.

"What party?" Ash asked reading over my shoulder.

"Uh...its a late text," I lied.

"OK," he slowly said.

"I'm going over to Tina's place so you can go on with your busy life," I said with a playful smirk.

"My life is only busy with you," he said pulling me in for another kiss.

As we kissed he pulled me onto him. He kissed my neck and I giggled.

"I really need to go over to Tina's place," I said getting off him.

"Can't that wait?" He asked pulling me back onto him.

"Maybe," I mumbled as he kissed me. I was really enjoying this.

Then someone opened the door.

"Jeez, no wonder you haven't called," she said closing the door behind her.
