Coming through my windows was Ash. I felt relieved seeing him. I ran up to him as soon as he came in and hugged him causing him to fall backwards.
Luckily the bed was there.
"Where have you been?" I asked.
"I was busy," he replied sitting up with me in his arms.
"All of yesterday?" I asked with my arms around his neck.
"Its complicated," he replied.
"Honey! I'm home!" My mom called from downstairs.
Ash looked at me.
"Mom came home last night," I informed him.
He smiled.
"Meet me at the park tonight at 9pm," he said going back through my window.
I nodded and went downstairs. My mom was looking through the stuff I bought for Ash. She had a cup if coffee in her other hand.
"Who's the lucky guy?" She asked sitting down.
"I don't think you'll know him," I said a bit nervous.
She smiled.
"Does that mean you're not mad?" I asked.
"When I meet him I'll tell you," she replied sipping her coffee.
After talking to her I went upstairs and took a shower and went to the park.
When I got there I saw a dull light. I went to see where it was coning from and was amazed.
I saw Ash sitting in the grass throwing rocks into the pond. Beside him was a picnic lay out and lighted candles.
I smiled when he looked at me. He got up and walked over to me.
"A beautiful rose for a beautiful girl," he said handing me a red rose.
I blushed at the thought of it.
We sat in the grass as he opened the picnic basket.
There were two slices of chocolate cake. Which is our favorite. There were cheese sandwiches and macaroni and ham.
"How adorable," I said smiling.
"What?" He asked.
"You made this?" I asked. He blushed a little.
"Yeah,"
He handed me a slice of the cake. We had a great meal.
After eating we laid in the grass staring at the sky.
"Happy anniversary," Ash whispered in my ear after a while.
I looked at him.
"Its midnight," he pointed out. My eyes widened.
"I wanted to be the first to say it!" I exclaimed.
"Too late!" He says laughing.
He pulled me into a deep, passionate kiss that I didn't want to end. He pulled away so that we could breath.
He lifted me up and spun me around.
"How adorable!" We heard a perky voice say.
We looked into the distance and...
