Unexpected Visitor

The Nurse in charge of Sylvia at the mental hospital walked into Sylvia's room with a tray in order to give Sylvia her daily medication. " Good morning ma'am, it's time for you to take your drugs, she said.  Sylvia stood up and walked towards the door. Which surprised the nurse. Is everything okay Mrs Reyes? She asked, seeing her behavior. Sylvia shuts the door as it was opened wide.

            " I guess it's time to stop my acting, '' she said, taking a seat on the bed. The nurse turned to look at Sylvia with a confused expression on her face.

               " I don't understand Ma'am, what are you trying to say? she asked.

           " I need your help to get out of here, She said then Smiled foolishly at the nurse.

       " Oh ma'am, here please take your drugs, I think you are hallucinating again.
