Chapter 8: Brotherhood of DADA

The street is now empty, as the citizen is helped by Danny to evacuate. As the doom patrol and I ran to the street, we see a group of 4 people coming to us.

There is a black silhouette with a question mark as a head and a heart-shaped hole in his chest, aka Mister Nobody. A short black-haired girl with black paint around her eyes wearing a black jacket and a pajama bottom, aka sleepwalk. A tall black man with a top hat and a green flower in his head was wearing a blue long coat covering his body and a big bow tie, aka frenzy. And a tall woman with a yellow costume, cover with red question mark, and a bunch of tubes around his body, aka quiz.

It looks like mister Nobody resembles the comic than the tv show, as I cannot see any resemblance of Alan Tudyk. So that means this mister Nobody or Eric Morden is a walking shadow that can drain people's sanity. Eric is a living shadow with a hole in the shape of a heart in his chest, where his heart should be. He has the power to absorb the sanity of other humans.

Sleepwalk has superhuman strength and stamina but can only access her powers via sleepwalking. Frenzy has the capability of aerokinesis and can become a living cyclone. And the last quiz is a power that I don't even understand, a power that you haven't thought of. Basically, a power duplication can be overpowering, but if the opponent thinks aloud what power she was using, then the power can be void.

"We finally found you doom patrol, we knew that you guys will be here and we brought present," mister Nobody said and began to show us his present, a big rectangle shape object cover in decorative paper and a big bow.

Mister Nobody tears open the present revealing a painting. "Oh sh**." I thought when suddenly a force pull and absorb us into the painting.

Chief POV

As the rest of the doom patrol went to take care of the intruder, I stay behind with Dorothy to keep her safe. I know with Arthur there, the other will be safe.

But not long Danny began to tell me that the rest of the doom patrol disappeared when fighting mister Nobody, and mister Nobody and his goon are wrecking the place up.

After making sure that Dorothy is safe, I then go to the street to meet mister Nobody.

To my shock, I see Mister Nobody pointing the painting to the building and began to absorb the building one at a time.

"what are you doing with that thing Nobody. Stop this at once," I yell at him. "that painting is dangerous stop using it before," but before I finish my sentence, the painting began to shake and suddenly pull and absorb the brotherhood of DADA members one at a time.

Mister Nobody, began to panic and too began to pull into the painting leaving only the chief alone in the street.

I quickly secure the painting and take it to someplace safe, i need to help them escape before anything happens.
