"Wow. This view is amazing.", Greedness was talking to himself while looking from the top of a mountain. He admired a little and then looked to the way he still needed to walk. "I think its around here the Cornelius' Dungeon."
He gave a little sad sighed and kept going after the little stop. The man was average tall and had a short and dark blonde hair. His eyes were green on the right and purple on the left. His ears were almost point giving out his Half-Elf race. On his back a guitar.
Greedness was the Top Player on the world and his class was Bard. He was level 150 and almost 151. A little more and he could level up. Cornelius was a magma dragon that lived on the mountain. The monster should be around the same level of the character but monsters like these are normally for a party of four to ten people. The problem was that the second player in the World was level 120. Greedness was too advanced on the content.

"This should be fine.", he talked to himself. "Even if he's a couple levels up should be fine."
The player that used Greedness was Nathan. He was once a college student but he dropped it out after making money through the game. He was a real sloth on real life and would spend most of his time playing. WIth his popularity and name cloned he could walk normally on cities without being noticed. As well nobody would think that a support class made it so far.
"How far do I have to keep going?", he looked at the destination. A cave entrance. "Finally.", he sat on the ground exhausted. The game would not tire you but your mind would receive stimulus. A sedentary one in this case. "I should work out on my body. The real one.", he looked to his belly. There wasn't there on the game but on the reality after dropping the college he was a little more fat.
He was giving a time to his mind replenish but then he saw the monsters that were on the cave leaving. They were about a human size and had red leather skin. On their hand great clubs and on their bodies ragged clothes like of the villagers from the nearby city. The head looked like a reptilian. They were Kobolds.

"Red skin equal fire resistance. Nothing much for the scouts.", he said and pulled his guitar from his back. "Lets rock.", he started to strumming the guitar and the sound started to be heard by his enemies. "Too late.", he finished with a 360 chord and a explosion happened on the middle of the monster blowing all of them up. "Thunder Strike is very good. Lets go in."

"So little experience.", he complained. "Not even half percent. The dragon must give me at least twenty I think but this is not why I'm here. The item."
Bards are support class with access to magic but their true value is outside of combat. Between his advantages was the gather of information. Greedness had already the highest level inside the Thieves' Guild. So it was easy to get some useful information.
He was struggling to level up lately. He would take two to three weeks to get one level. On the beginning he would even get two or more levels per day. When he was getting one between two and three days was still acceptable but now was ridiculously difficult to get higher.
It was then while on the Thieves' Guild he asked about a method of getting stronger fast. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone to help him but a strange man on a table called him. The man looked like the mysterious sage from novels and books. Point hat. White hair and beard both long. He told that the Magma Dragon on a mountain hold it on his treasure hoard one book that would bestow who get it with a supreme class change. Having this in mind, Greedness left to fight the dragon.

"God damn it.", he said. "There isn't another type of monster around here?", he was getting angry. "I NEED XP.", he yelled finally.

"Good because I'm going over there, you giant lizard."
Nathan was unpatient with his leveling up and was fearing being left behind. He worked so hard. At the game I mean. That this was his pride talking and not him anymore. Less and less he was enjoying the game and more playing almost professionaly.
Talking about professionaly. There are E-Sports around Pieces of Eden but unfortunately because of the level difference and different gameplays they were always level capped. Even so character capped would have advantage as their skills would have been unlocked.
People tried to bring Greedness under their teams but it was impossible to find such individual when there was millions of people using this nickname. He wasn't interested as well. The money he made through the game was so good that being a pro player would only decrease the amount.
"That man passed me something or am I forgeting stuff now?", he started to look on his inventory. "There it is.", he clicked on it.

"With this I can obtain a second class and start leveling again from the start.", he laughed at his 'evil' plan.
"How dare you come here to challenge me, you lowly human?", the voice of the dragon would surround all the cave even Greedness being away from the battle chamber. "Come to my lair I shall punish you for killing my pawns."
"Hunf. Who do you think you are? A mere dragon talking so might. Is it to feel afraid or ashamed by you?"
"HOW DARE YOU?", the voice was louder and the cave was shaking.
The man couldn't see but this little conversation made the mountain awaken its vulcan and little eruptions. He couldn't see but he could tell because of all the clues. Magma. Mountain. Tremors. So he rushed his way to the inner chamber where his rival would be.
"Here I am. Evil dragon."
"OHOHOHO. IT'S TIME THEN."

"Lets rock.", he again started to strumming his guitar. "Damage reflection, show up.", a transparent glass showed between him and the dragon blocking all the incoming damage from the Lava Breath of the Dragon.
"YOU.", the dragon started to flap its wings in order to fly.
"Store up.", the glass vanished and he started to play another song. "Increase Gravity."
"HOW ARE YOU CAPABLE OF THAT?", the dragon that were raising started to be dragged down by the spell casted.
"I play solo, bitch.", he was too impatient. "Damn it I'll use right away.", the play he was using become a solo. "Release Damage Stored Up.", a great beam of light started to left the guitar going to the landing dragon. "This is from my trip to here with help of your pawns. Take care."
The energy was so great that it didn't impact the dragon. It went through him and the parts touched started to disintegrate as the time was passing by. Then a notification showed up to Greedness.

"6%?", he sadly saw his percentage went up. "Lets put my faith on the loot."
On the end of the chamber was the simple door that lead to the treasure. Nathan was fast with his character to open and enter the place.

"I need only one of them to be the book. Only one.", he was too focused on it that if he didn't receive he would stop playing for a while.
He went for the one on the right and touched.

The world stopped seconds after that. The first player in the World disappeared from the spot it was for about one and a half year. The second place become the first and so on. The first place was now on a whole new scenario where it would change daily if not more frequently.
