sound of chewing filled the room, and after a while renji though 'this will never ends! I need an excuse to make her stop eating, think...hmm...wait..I..can't believe I using this...' he thought how ridiculous this idea will be but hey, for someone with ophis' brain power maybe it will work?

"ophis excuse me.." he said with friendly smile harmless to people and animals

he struggled a bit but realized it's not harmful so he relaxed and starts to digest what ophis gave,he start feel that his mana become denser and easier to move and control,his muscles starts to relax and compress repeatedly,he feels every part of his body easier to control, it's not of point he easily control his strength,but the road of controling it become smoother, he also feels his comprehension of mana,soul and laws increased! and when he starts practicing ki he will be able to understanding much better!
