Mother and daughter
Lilly finally reached Aurora's room and stopped, looking at it with thoughtful expression. She had come but now what? What was she supposed to do or say?
She had just come in impulse but now she was hesitant. Fortunately, it was her mother who understood her the most so it was still fine however she was still contemplating whether her decision was right or not. After all, what if her mother was trying to forget the scars left behind by the Dark Era and she would just make her remember everything by asking that question?
It was at that moment she heard a sweet melodic motherly voice, it carried peacefulness with it and made people forget everything and simply lay in the embrace of this sweet and peaceful voice. It was the voice of Aurora, the Empress of Great Yan Empire and the Demi-God Elemental Pheonix.
"Come in, child. Have I done something wrong that you've become hesitant?"
