Chp. 2 Warrior

It's been about a year and my stats that were level 1 are all at 5 now, when I could talk, I didn't do it too much so that my parents didn't think I was a weird child, to be honest, nothing happened while I was still growing, I didn't use any magic, because my parents are very strict on what I can do. 

Skipping 2 years and I'm 3 years old, I'm talking to my parents, and I've recently asked my father for Warrior training, just so when I ultimately choose to wield magic, he doesn't think I didn't try. All the Stats that were level 5 are now level 7.

(Joel) Yuuma! Get down here, we're going to start training today. 

(Yuuma) Coming!

We walked outside and went to the Fighting Gym. Oh, I don't think I've told you I was born in a town called Baldom, it's a Superfortress, where Dwarves and Humans work together. There are two kings here, one is a dwarf and the other is Human. The Dwarves make the weapons because their stats are focused on building, while humans train for war since their stats can be flexible, dwarves also can't use magic, humans can. 

(Joel) Alright, Yuuma today we'll be training your body to handle magic.

Wait what, I thought it was just going to be training for my strength. What do I do, my magic is already at 50. 

(Yuuma) Dad, uhmm I already have high stats in magic…

There are ways to check people's War Systems, which is a very expensive Orb that you have to buy access to. But there is a way around this, which is that I could just tell him, but he probably won't believe me.

(Joel) Really? What is your magic stat?

(Yuuma) It's fifty.

As I said it my father fell to his knees, hitting the ground.

(Joel) You're a magic user, so I really can't help you, what skills do you have?

(Yuuma) My Passive skills or do you mean my gift, or do you mean my special skills?

(Joel) Do you have Special Skills? Those are very rare to have, some people dedicate their whole lives just to get one. What are all your skills? Everything.

(Yuuma) I have for My Gift Gun Maker. My special skills are Magic Master and Intelligence Boost, My Passive skills are Warrior, Defender, Sword Master, Healing, and Friendly Face.

(Joel) You still have the potential to become a Warrior, I've never heard of the Gun Maker Gift, I think I've heard of a steam-powered gun used by dwarves, but it can't even hurt a normal human.

(Joel) Alright now that I know everything. Hold up, what are your stats?

(Yuuma) everything is 7 except for Magic, Mana, and Intelligence, they are all level 50

Father fell on his knees again and got in a prayer stance.

(Joel) Ok, Yuuma it seems this world wants you to be a magic user. But we'll make you a Magic Warrior, it's rare to get but it's a skill you get once you are proficient in using magic, and in combat, do you think you can do it?

(Yuuma) I can only try Dad.

(Joel) Ok, the first thing we'll focus on is getting your Warrior and Sword Master to a higher Rank. Then we'll work on your Defender skill, after all that I'll get your mother to teach you some magic skills.

(Yuuma) Can you get other skills?

(Joel) Yes, you can, you don't need to train to get the passive skills you have, but we'll try to get you some skills that'll help in battle.

(Yuuma) Ok, let's get started.

We started off working on my Swordsmanship, so Sword Master will rank up. My father said that Sword Master and Swordsmanship are both Skills, but Sword Master is stronger. But to Rank up Sword Master, I first have to gain the Skill of Swordsmanship.

It's been about 3 Weeks of constant working on my Swordsmanship, and I finally got it.

(Yuuma) Dad I got it, I got the skill.

(Joel) Good, now what are your stats?

(Yuuma) It's 10 on everything. 

(Joel) alright, we're going to start getting your Sword Master skill ranked up. It'll be hard, what we'll have to do is a little difficult. We're going to have to have near-death experiences with swords, but right before your death you must focus and try to get out of the situation. 

(Yuuma) So what you're telling me is that you're going to try to kill me? Yeah, No ima go home.

(Joel) Listen Yuuma, I know it's scary to hear, but I promise I have enough restraint that I can stop it from killing you, it'll just really hurt, this a good chance to rank up your healing, and all the stuff you can heal well as mom to heal them since her heal is S Rank.

(Yuuma) we have one week, and if it doesn't rank up once, I'm not doing it anymore, because I could always Rank it up during real fights.

(Joel) Thank you Yuuma for having faith in me. 

We were fighting to the death, with a slash through the death, the first attempt that I had for Ranking up my Skill, dad was swinging his sword and he was moving faster than I could move, his sword was inches away from my neck, when he stopped you could feel the wind behind the swing of his sword. This went on for about 5 days, and then, as he was going for the same swing of his sword, I was able to move and block his hit with the sword. The force made me fly about 10 feet.

(Yuuma) Ooow that hurt, my back is broken.

(Joel) Are you ok Yuuma

(Yuuma) I got it, Dad we did it, I got it to Rank E

(Joel) Nice job, I didn't expect you to block it, I thought you were going to try to dodge. We're going to skip working on the warrior skill since that one only ranks up when you're in an actual battle with a monster. What we'll work on is your defender skill, and for that, we're going to get Onna to help us in this training.

(Yuuma) Mother?

The next day we all went to the Battle Gym

(Joel) alright to Rank up this skill, all you have to do is stop me from hurting Onna.

(Yuuma) that's it?

(Joel) Yes, but we're going to be using real swords now, I'm not going to hesitate at all, Onna's healing skill is S Rank so I can Cut one of her Limbs off and she can heal it back to normal. Me and Onna agreed to do this. I hope you're ready.

(Yuuma) Ok

We both got in a fighting stance while Mother stood behind me. He attacked me, but his attacks were slow, but they had so much power, unlike when we were trying to rank up Sword Master, he's slow, but I can move accordingly. As he swung down I blocked his attack and it felt like I was trying to stop a horse, so I tried to redirect it, and when I did, I heard a cutting sound, I was lost, I looked around, looked at Mother, she was fine, when I looked at my arm it was laying on the ground. My adrenaline was still going so I didn't feel any pain, then my arm started growing back Super fast, and It was like it was never cut off, I didn't feel any pain. The other part on the ground just laid there bleeding on the ground.

(Joel) Are you alright, do we need to stop?

(Yuuma) No, I'm fine, I just didn't expect you to cut my arm off.

It only took 2 days and I got the skill rank up. He was swinging from the side and I was able to stop it, and not go flying.

(Joel) Nice block Yuuma.

(Joel) it ranked up ok for now this is all i can do, your mother will be working with you to get basic magic and enhancement magic.

(Yuuma) I won't have to get an arm cut off will I?

(Onna) No just might catch on fire, I think that's the only bad part..

(Yuuma) You guys got to be trying to kill me.

(Joel) No, we just want to give you the best chance of surviving this life.
