Soon the three of them find themselves standing inside a building. Along with others who had passed the Forest of Death.

With the instructors including the Hokage standing on the platform. Kakashi looking as chill always, especially with his dead fish expression.

"Congratulations to you all on passing the second exam!!"

"Your students made an impressive showing! I wonder how much of it was dumb luck. Not that it matters. My team is bound to knock them out in the next round." Guy sensei who has the bushy eyebrows said to Kakashi next to him.

"Huh? I'm sorry. Did you say something?" Kakashi looked over sleepily.

"What!"

'Wow! Sasuke look's like he can beat anyone here in the looks department!' Tenten thought to herself, stealing glances at Sasuke.

"Naruto passed, too. I'm so glad! Yay!" Hinata thought. Then looked downwards with embarrassment with Naruto turned his head smiling at her.

"Amazing. That black haired hottie arrived first even before us." Temari came into the building some days ago. Unexpectedly finding out that a team came even earlier than them.

Their speech finished speaking really soon. In fact, Sasuke didn't bother hearing anything beside the first congratulation remark.

On a screen above their heads displayed the first contestant's names: Uchiha Sasuke VS Akado Yoroi.

"Will the individuals whose names are listed on the board come forward now?"

"Go Sasuke! Go beat his ass," Naruto spoke without care. Giving a thumbs up to Sasuke.

"Akado Yoroi, Uchiha Sasuke. You two have been selected to compete in the first bout. Any objections?"

"Let's get this fight going." Sasuke answered. Looking at his opponent fearlessly in the eyes.

"None."

'How strange there's no curse mark on his neck,' Anko wondered to herself. This was so different from the report that she originally got.

'How did he get rid of my curse!' Orochimaru looked closely on Sasuke's neck. He feels as though his plan is turned over.

'Show them what you got Sasuke-kun,' Sakura thought highly of him.

"All right. Please Begin!"

Yoroi's hand gleamed with a strange form of energy wrapped around. Throwing weapons that flies in Sasuke's direction.

In front of him Sasuke disappeared from Yoroi's sight. Right in front of him, he could the shadow of a kick aimed to his head. Though his speed was enough to avoid the hit.

'What?!' Guy Sensei was surprised by the highly developed physique of Sasuke.

'This speed! He's gotten even faster!' Orochimaru felt his heart beating faster with anticipation.

The opponent's body went flying in the air. Though Sasuke didn't stop there. Displaying the growth that came from consuming the power from the curse, Sasuke suddenly kicked Yoroi straight up in the air.

Then appearing again in mid air with, a flash of his shadow could be seen from above Yoroi. Then Sasuke sent his fist straight down on his ribcage.

It was too fast of a speed even for the opponent to react. The enemy's body gets send to the floor. Breaking the tiles all around several meters apart, between the sound they could hear the fracturing of bones.

Without even looking closely the referee announced, "Uchiha Sasuke is the champion of the first battle. And advances past the preliminaries to the next level!"

'His speed was so fast I couldn't even see how the opponent was defeated,' Shikamaru was too shocked. This is totally not the kind of strength and speed that he would expecting.

'This must be true genius! As expected from my rival,' Lee looked on with a mixture of anxiety and fear.

"Yeah I know you can do it!!" Naruto cheered him on from platform above.

With the a sudden disappearing from the floor. Sasuke showed up right next to Naruto. Saying in a cool manner, "It was nothing."

"OOOOH! Sasuke you're the best," Ino hugged Sasuke closely.

"Thanks Ino," said Sasuke patting her head affectionately. In reaction, Ino looked at him with her doe eyes.

"Sasuke-kun I want to…" Ino moved her lips close to him. Though quickly stopped by Sakura who pulled her away by her ear.

"Don't you dare! You better hope you're not fighting me Ino."

"Like I would be," Ino said crossing her arms.

'These two," Sasuke showed a little smile on his face seeing their bickering.

Sasuke really didn't have the interest in watching out the rest of the fights. Since he already knew what would be happening. So he opened his chat system to see how the others are doing.

[Eikichi Onizuka]: That's so disappointing man. Can't believe I was still single throughout the series. From now on I'm going to walk forth on my romantic journey.

[Jiraiya]: Hey newbie I'm really looking down on you now. You had all these nice young girls. (*´Д｀)

[VIP]: Jiraiya I can't believe you're even interested in underage girls now.
