It's been a year since the Roger pirates disbanded. As time went on. Buggy trained his body and mind to be strong.

Ok, looks like everything is going well said Buggy to himself.

Now then… time to go watch captain Roger tell the world to go find one piece said Buggy as he left the cave.

As Buggy waited calmly. He could already tell who's here.

He saw Shanks as well.

As Roger walks to his death… he showed no fear… all he did was smile as he walked to his end.

After getting ready to die before the illness killed him. A person yelled out to him. Asking for where the one piece is.

Roger laughed then told him as well the whole world… to go find it, if they want it.

Just like that Roger died… and then began the great pirate era.

As people began running to get a boat or ship.

Shanks followed Buggy to his hideout.

As Shanks looked around he saw Buggy's bag having 10,000 Barrie's in it.

I take it you used the money to buy food and drinks for yourself? Asked Shanks.

Yep, and now I need a plan said Buggy.

And what is the plan Buggy? Asked Shanks.

Easy. I wait to set sail in 10 days. Find a worthy crew. Sail across the four blues for adventure… then, when the time comes… I head off, to the grand line. And go on more adventures… it's not much but it's a living I guess said Buggy.

So then… your not going after the one piece to? Asked Shanks confused.

You can have it, if ya want it that is said Buggy.

Na, I think I'll just travel around form a great crew, see the world over and over again said Shanks.

And get drunk a lot, great life choices Shanks said Buggy.

Very funny Buggy said Shanks sarcasticly.

Well I best get going. I have a crew to form said Shanks.

Your setting sail already?? Asked Buggy surprised.

The sooner I set sail the better said Shanks.

I see… later then said Buggy.

Anytime, "red hair" Shanks said Buggy.

That's not going to be a thing said Shanks.

Trust me Shanks, before long. The world will know of "red hair" Shanks. Captain, of the red haired pirates said Buggy.

As if the world government will ever call me that said Shanks.

Just like that Shanks left the cave and off he went to be a pirate.

Ok. Time for my mind training said Buggy be for closing his eyes and training his mind.

Unknown to Shanks, Buggy asked for copies of how to learn haki.

So far buggy is still training his observation haki first to get a better way to awaken his haki skills.

Someday… I'll master the three forms to see how far I'll go with them said Buggy to himself.

[10 days later]

Just like that Buggy got onboard his boat that he left at the empty spot and he set sailed to the great unknown.

He may not have old Buggy's memories…

But he'd like to make new ones.

How far will he go?.
