Slowly, Rider leaned to kiss the corner of Sean’s mouth. It was a gentle gesture. Loving, Sean thought. “Are you sure you want this?” Rider asked, and again Sean decided to wing it, to not go there right now, because he wasn’t sure what the answers he’d find in his head would be.
Sean nipped at Rider’s bottom lip hard enough for it to sting, to almost break the delicate skin. That seemed to be enough to break the chains of Rider’s constraint. The man growled and kissed Sean with vigor, almost violently, and rolled him onto his back. As Sean took the kiss and the weight of the larger male on top of him, he felt only lust. There was no panic, no uncertainty of being underneath someone stronger, and even his wolf seemed happier than it had in a while.
The heat from Rider’s body and the kisses were intoxicating. Sean got lost in the taste, the friction, and the obvious way Rider cherished him even when he was stealing Sean’s breath away.
