Chapter 9

Two weeks went by faster than I thought it would. I'm there waiting for the school bus with my mother, she explains that I need to behave. It felt the same as I got onto the school bus, the stares from everyone while I walked in. I saw Kai at the end of the bus, I walked towards him but he acted like he didn't know me. What was that all about? What happened in these 2 weeks?

I wanted to speak with him, but the moment we reached school, he ran off before I could get the chance. Something was wrong, I just didn't know what. The corridor today was quieter than usual, but I could feel being watched. I didn't expect my first few days in a new school would turn out to be this way.

It was time for lunch, I went around the whole school looking for Kai. The last stop, the school stadium, was empty but I went anyway. As I went closer to the seats, I heard so noise coming from the back. By the time I reached there, I saw Kai on the floor surrounded by 4 people. It was the same 4 guys...
