Awakening of the Ancestral Legacy

The ancestral beast were the progenitor of all beastkind.They were the initial beast created since the beginning of the universe but they disappeared for a long period of time which marked a period of decline for the beast clan.

Peering into the first fragmented memory, Tian Long's gaze fell upon a cultivation method made by the Ancestral Beast; the Ancestral Beast Chant Method. This sacred technique defied the natural order by encompassing soul cultivation, body refinement, and essence cultivation in a single, harmonious system.

With mounting excitement, Tian Long realized that this technique had been crafted specifically for him, the chosen heir of the Ancestral Beasts' legacy.

Eager to try the wonders of cultivation. he had to use the body refining method of the ancestral chant method in order to cultivate in Body Refining Realm.

The body refining method can be cultivated by “Using herbs, ore metals or beast blood but in order to forge the foundation he must use the source qi produced by the Source orb.

Checking the source orb, he saw a limited reserve of source qi in the orb. Not minding the quantity, he closed his eyes and began to follow the ancient chant instructions.

“Using the Chaos qi, Reincarnation qi, Space-time qi, Karma qi as the main foundation of my body. Oh spirit of law refine my body”

Different spirit aura rose from the source orb, with four color dominant while others are faint in color, his whole body was getting refined with his dantian including his 108 veins which was partially opened now. Forging his body with the source qi, he felt like a shackle had been broken from his whole body.

His cultivation started propelling;

“1st level Body Refining Realm…,

2nd level body refining realm……,

then stopped at the early stage of 5th level of body refining realm.

Upon opening his eyes, he noticed black, viscous filth on his body and proceeded to the bathroom to cleanse himself due to the strong stench.

When Tian Long finished his bath, he checked himself in the mirror and saw there was a lot of resemblance between his predecessor and him. Their height were almost the same except that he is slimmer than before. Not only that, he noticed that his pupil eyes has turned golden because from the memory of his predecessor he knew his pupils were black before not golden.

Checking his new strength, he saw that even though he was at the early stage of the 5th level of body refining realm he can fight with peak stage of the 5th level of body refining realm with his knowledge of this world.

Suddenly a wave if exhaustion fell over him, all the transmigration and what he passed through before arriving here had put a toll on his soul. Laying down his head on the bed, he fell asleep.

Meanwhile as he was sleeping, he didn't know the ripple and ruckus caused when he was refining his body. The strongest cultivator on Source Continent all felt the movement of the laws. Looking for the source of this, they all mobilized their cultivators to the continent to find the unprecedented disturbance.

As all that was going, Tian Long found himself in a strange realm. Looking around the realm, he saw nothing but darkness, then suddenly the realm changed into a bloody battlefield where bones of different sizes, height and race could be seen. Not knowing the races, he began to feel nauseous because of the smell of blood and carnage.

Then a strong killing intent landed , it was so strong that he was losing his breath. But just as the killing intent threatened to consume him, a voice pierced the darkness, calling out to him with urgency and concern.He then heard an anxious voice saying “Young Master, wake up!”, A deep light shine on the realm and with a jolt he woke up and gasping for breath.

Looking at Feng Xianer who was looking at him with worried expression, he comforted her that he was alright.

Seeing her young master was alright, she then remembered what she was here to do.

“Young master I brought your food, you haven't eaten anything since you are awake” looking at the food she brought for him he unconsciously put up his guard. Even though he was transmigrated to this world, he still do not completely trust anyone yet.

But his stomach denied him as it made a cute noise. Hearing the sound, he felt ashamed but it wasn't his fault because he had not eat anything since he had gotten to this world.

With a grateful nod, he began to savour the food, asking Feng Xianer “For how long did I fall asleep”

With a thoughtful expression on her face “Young Master you have slept for more than 6 hours” she said with courtesy.

Hearing her words he began think, according to his calculation he had only spent 1 hour in that strange realm. Pondering about what happened in the realm, his mindset was dealt with a blow about the information on this world showing it was still shallow.

Thinking of going to the library of the Long family but he suppressed his curiosity and decided to check the second fragmented memory as his next step of action. Checking it, he saw that it contains different battle art, a single alchemy art, refinery art and formation art. Looking at the Battle Art, his interest was piqued. Taking looks at the level of skill he saw they were already graded in the memory; Human rank, Profound rank, Earth rank, Heaven rank, Saint rank and Emperor rank. Checking each Art rank but unlucky he can only access the Human and Profound rank.

Knowing that greediness can kill a man, he began to check the human rank technique and while checking the technique he saw a strange one. Browsing through the art, he was shocked because it was an upgradeable art, the name of this Art is called the fire essence art, this art when cultivated to completion can improve based on the level of the users name.

According to the art, flames in this world are ranked as follows; Normal flame, Soul flame, Beast flame, Earth flame and Heaven flame being the highest

This Art can be attached to a weapon before completion but when reaching completion, it can be attached to anything including one's body.

When Tian Long read this, he immediately picked the technique. Since the memory was found in his soul he was sure that it was the doings of the ancestral beast.

Picking two more he removed his consciousness from the memory rune. The other two arts he picked were the Lion Punch Art; while the other one was a profound ranked Art; Thunder Sword Art.

Not wasting a lot of time, he began to train in the arts. Latter in the day, Tian Long could be seen with sweat all over his body. Now he has cultivated both human rank art into rudimentary stage while the thunder sword art was still at entry stage.

The art ranks are divided into the entry stage, rudimentary stage, mastery stage and completion stage. When cultivating the thunder sword, he felt there was a barrier stopping him from reaching the next stage.

The instruction of the thunder sword art said that the thunder sword technique is as fast as lightning, ferocious and arrogant as a thunder. Contemplating on the meaning of this words, he didn't understand the meaning of the world. Seeing there was no inspiration, he decided to leave it for the future.

He began to head towards the Long family library to know and understand more about this world.

Meanwhile Tian Long didn't know that as he started cultivating the Ancestral Beast Chant Method, in an unknown space a stagnant meteor moved heading towards Tian Long's direction.
