Chaoter 10: Target Escaped?

There has been a delay of time since the explosion happened and 10 minutes passed since the massive explosion caused by the head of the Lin family.

'The place... It's completely ruined.'

My target escaped to who knows where and most especially. The fortress which has been protecting my Mother's domain, Holy Land, has been completely wiped from the face of the planet but thankfully. Only the stronghold that prevent Dagruel's army from going to the Holy Land was destroyed.

'Mother probably already knew this would happen. I should quickly eliminate my target.'

He should not have been able to escape due to the explosion. The entire density of Mana was tripped and if he used some kind of magic spell, his body would not be able to take it and he would die.

I applied a complicated magic spell in seconds, preventing anyone from escaping, and even if he did break the barrier, I would immediately know.

And just as I had thought, he stayed in the barrier as I started to search for him.

'His is especially hard to find because of his Nen. I have to find him as soon as possible.'

My movement was as fast as lightning as I heard a voice in my mind.

I was confused as I still did not find him and now his suddenly dead?

'There is something unusual about this... But I still can't know... Maybe when it's time.'

I already knew how secretive my Mother and Father were and knew it was pointless to investigate it and more importantly, I had to make a simple wish.

'I will be assigned to stop Dagruel's movement until a new powerhouse takes over this place... It is best if I get THAT!'

A simple piece of paper suddenly came out of thin air and I wrote something on it. The paper suddenly disappeared out of thin air. A voice rang in my head as I heard a voice ringing in my head.

I felt a strong sensation deep inside my body as I tried to manage the new power that I gained. My power grew 1.5 times as it originally was and I felt as if something was going on in my body.

'I've already analyzed the principals of [ Predator ]... It's time.'

A hideous form appeared in front of me and devoured the souls around me. I felt my power grow even more as I kept on eating the souls of the dead.

I gained this skill by making use of Rimuru's skills [ Great Sage ], [ Predator ], and [ Degenerate ]. Surprisingly, Shizue Izawa was one of the butlers in our household.

Once I knew about it, she immediately attacked but unfortunately, Leon was there and killed her so that there wouldn't be any conflict between the three nations.

I requested ( Ordered ) her body to be given to me and I let Rimuru eat her body. Since I had a soul corridor connected to him. I manipulated information particles between the both of us and I gained the Unique Skill [ Feast ].

The only thing left for me to copy is [ Great Sage ] and Rimuru will be properly disposed of by then!

My soul capacity is 10× more than a regular Sage as I am an Archon but at the same time. My soul is almost full to the brim due to me being an Archon.

My Gnosis takes up a lot of space as it could control the heavenly lightning itself.

"There is no time... I must make haste."

In a blink of an eye, I disappeared into the air as bolts of lightning were left behind.

( Third Person POV )

A man started to slowly walk as he touched the ground with his fingertips. He noticed purple lightning was blocking the pathways of mana.

'This is one of Gnosis's abilities... This is something else.'

"It is too dangerous to stay here..." A woman said as she looked angry.

"I know..."

"We aren't supposed to be here... You do understand now... Do you?" Another man said as he started to appear from the ground.

"This is the territory of one of the 10 Great Demon Lords... We could be killed if we started too long..."

The man said as he started to chuckle. The scary lough started to arouse the attention of one of the Moderate Harlequin Alliance.

The woman noticed a presence from the sky and threw a kunai at it. A clean throw was made and the camera was down.

( On some office )

"Ara, they noticed me?" A man said as he started to clap and in a second, his expression changed as he looked angry.

"I told you they would notice." A woman said as he drank some tea.

"Tch!"

"We should leave... The Moderate Harlequin Alliance has already noticed us moving... This is not a good sign."

The woman said as the man kneeling stood up and he looked annoyed and looked at the ground.

"We used so much of our time and put so much effort into him and this is all he could do?!"

He looked angry and kicked the ground. The ground cracked as Two Demon Lords watched them from afar.

A woman wearing a black Kimono was happily drinking tea while the breeze of the fresh air was magnificent.

She was just minding her business and was in the right mood for watching Killua practicing his techniques.

Her expression suddenly changed as he noticed pests were on her territory. She casted a spell and launched it into the air.

Something shiny was sparkling in the sun. The three of them looked at the sky and tried to identify what it was and were curious about what it was.

In a second, a color red beam was shot from afar and the three of them swiftly moved and dodged the attack.

"Sh*t!!"

The man said as he knew it wasn't a good idea to stay there any longer. The three of them disappeared in a second as more color red beams hit where they were previously at.

In the far distance. A woman broke a teacup as she looked pissed. The tea was spilled and everyone could see her aura going berserk.

While on the mountain. A woman was grinning and watched the situation unfold.
