Chapter 9: Lin family.

'I've already gathered enough information. I believe it's time.'

A Super Typhoon started as the barrier around their castle reacted and didn't let a single drop of rain pass through.

Lightning could be heard as a purple eye was seen from the sky. "[ Eye of Judgment]" The eye was seen by the guards and magicians. They swiftly reacted and created a defensive formation.

One of the generals took out his spear and jumped. As she was flying through the air. Purple lightning could be seen forming in the center of the thunderstorm and striking her. The barrier reacted and blocked most of the attack but he was still too far and was fried. Well, at least she was alive.

She dropped down to the ground and used all her strength to try and stand but unfortunately, it only made things worse as the [ Eye of Judgment] took effect and slashes of swords appeared around him and he died. The barrier received the slashes and made it crack.

As the situation outside was unfolding, the situation inside was not so good either. A fight was already happening between the head of the Lin family and the other heads were fighting me.

'How annoying. This wasn't part of the deal, tch.'

I made a huge distraction outside as I knew the other heads were going to be there, expecting my arrival, and just as I had predicted, they were already there and I somehow managed to distract some of the guards.

As I moved my katana from down to up, an arm came flying off of someone's body. I waved my katana and blood could be seen splashing.

"Continue this and all of you will die."

I disappeared and started to attack one of the people inside the room but they had anticipated it and used magic spells at my coordination and pushed me away, my katana hit his blade causing [ Eye of Judgment ] to be activated, dealing burst damage.

They backed away and analyzed me over and over again but they could not find anything. Of course, they wouldn't as they only use new and not Unique skills.

There were only 8 people left as some died and they were the strongest among them. One of them was a healer and was incredibly strong at that.

One of them had a Nen called [ Weapon Creation ] and the other [ Weapon Mastery ]. They were a perfect match for each other and they were the main damage dealer.

They kept on switching weapons and did not let me rest but they were slowly being affected by my power.

I waved my sword at them and one of them made a glass out of thin air and blocked my attack. She was one of the people who protected their main damage dealer.

"Enough."

In a split second, they were all cut to shreds and nothing was left except for their ashes. I already noticed a man watching me and as I had expected, he attacked me.

He tried to assassinate me but it was useless as I just cut his head off. It was annoying as one of the people I killed was just a doll. The head of the family's Nen was making and controlling puppets and it was annoying.

Outside the castle. People were dying as the barrier started to crack from all the lightning strikes.

People couldn't even evacuate as they would just die if they got out of the barrier.

( Lin Zuo POV )

'God damn it. I've worked so hard to get here and I'm just an ant compared to them.'

I created more than 100 thousand puppets and half of them are gone. That wretched b*tch just ran straight through them and killed them all.

'I have worked too hard. This can't fail.'

( Mikoto POV )

'This is too boring.'

The puppets were easy to destroy but some weren't as they had souls in them. Some also knew how to use their individual Nen but it wasn't enough to stop or block my way.

"Pests."

A beam of purple lightning spews out of my katana in a split second. All the puppets were killed and I was in his throne room.

He was just laying down as if he was waiting for me. Some bunch of symbols started to appear from the walls, the ground, and his body.

"What are you... Doing?" I asked as a burst of purple aura came out of my body and went straight through him.

'Her aura is... That of a Zoldyck... I must eliminate her.'

His heart suddenly glowed red and I covered my eyes as if the light could cause blindness.

The dolls previously destroyed started to float and went to him. The dolls went straight to his heart as the door was flooded with dolls.

'What is he doing?'

I spread out my vision to try and find if there was anything I could find but I could not find anything abnormal.

He was simply absorbing the souls and the dolls in his heart and the symbols didn't make sense as they were not magic circles that I recognized.

'Wait... His absorbing souls. Is he trying to blow this place up?!'

I swiftly tried to find a weak spot but I wasn't that good at magic spells and didn't find anything. I didn't even know what element he was using.

'I should have studied magic. How annoying.'

"You'll die here and now! Zoldyck.!" A burst of mana suddenly came out of his body and slightly backed away.

I suddenly felt a presence from the back of the thrown and I recognized who it was. His lips said. "I'm sorry father. Your death will bring the downfall of the Zoldyck family." As he then stabbed Lin Zou.

"*Scream of Pain.*"

His soul was directly made into fuel as I directly went to him and drew out my katana. 98 purple slashes could be seen as he transformed into dust but the magic spell was cast before he died and a scream of pain could be heard across the castle as the entire room started to get swallowed by light.

"[ Plaine of Euthymia ]"

Before I was swallowed by my dimension. A huge explosion could be seen before I left as a young man watched me as I left.

'My target!'
