Kaiser responded, "Excuse me," before taking a second cigarette from his pocket.
"No-" The woman attempted to steal another cigarette, but Kaiser deftly redirected his hand.
Soon enough, the two of them began playing tom and jerry with each other, with the lady attempting to steal Kaiser's cigarette as he retreated his hand. Both were so rapidly moving their hands that eventually, they moved at speed unseen to the naked eye.
"Interesting... You can call me... Sersi."
Kaiser's expression was one of nonchalance. Certainly, he had recognized her at first sight.
"Is this how people flirt these days? or am I just growing old?" Kaiser remarked, causing Sersi to chuckle uncontrollably.
"I have pubes older than you."
"Amen... You look like a centenarian hag" Sersi was taken aback by Kaiser's response.
A stunning young lady, she was never in her life referred to as a "century-old hag."
A peal of laughter came shortly after.
She brushed away her fake tears and said, "Good one! Okay, could you tell me your name?"
Kaiser merely responded, "Kaiser."
Noting his clothes, she didn't say anything about his living situation. Sersi anticipated that this might be a touchy subject for him.
She replied, "Here," and gave him a handful of $100 bills.
"I don't accept charity" Unfortunately, Kaiser ignored her kindness and gently pushed aside her offerings.
"I hope we meet again, Sersi," Kaiser stated as he lit his cigarette before walking away.
With a sly grin on her face, Sersi mumbled, "We shall meet again... little godling."
…
Kaiser quickly made his way to the clothes store, picking a modest shop since, being homeless and all, he likely wouldn't be permitted into the more upscale establishments.
As the crimson portal materialized in front of him, he tossed the remaining clothing items away and called it a day. His Noble Phantasm was not the golden hue of Gilgamesh's but rather a deep, dark crimson, and it was mostly empty.
The trip to the store went well enough, if you disregard the shopkeeper's rudeness, he ignored her and bought some essential items like shirts and pants.
Deciding to put them on after some tidying up, he went to check into a hotel. After "politely" asking a few individuals, he was able to get a room for the day at the cost of $97.
"Haaa~" Now that the grit and grime from his frizzy hair and body were being washed away, Kaiser could relax in the tub.
He shut his eyes and mulled his choices.
It was 2005. 2009-2010, when Tony Stark will be abducted, which means the Marvel storyline won't begin for another three to four years.

The current Status doesn't really change. Kaiser was aware of the hidden skill, but he decided to let his future self make use of it.
He wasn't planning on using the summoning contract until he found a permanent residence. That way, he won't have any more headaches.
Deciding to use his daily lottery, he went on to the Gacha section and selected the free daily lottery.

✶[𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬]✶
Kaiser hadn't set his hopes too high for the day's spin; he merely did it to see what random choice he'd be given. As the lottery wheel turned, he saw nothing that could help him, just worthless distractions.
He put off deciding whether to utilize his daily spin or save it for the weekly spin.
Kaiser was aware that completing a mission would result in more valuable gacha gifts, and that some tasks may provide rare Gacha or mystic code Gacha.
In light of his recent Quest-related thoughts, he has chosen to check for updates.

____________
Kaiser pondered what decision he would make.
A Hero or a Villain
It was a tough decision for him, and he often lamented the person he had become. And he hoped that if he could go back in time and meet Diana again, he would change for the better.
But he realized that, in his present state of mind and without Diana's intervention, he would never randomly start spreading nonsense and laying down his life for complete strangers. Not unless he can somehow benefit.
Whether it was fame, wealth, or even satisfaction, he won't do anything with gain.
Kaiser told himself, "Neither." He wouldn't turn into either a hero or a villain.
"Tyrant" His goal in life was to do this. For one to attain the position of a ruler, a tyrant, and assume complete control.
In time, he'll develop into a person who just cares about himself. Whether a hero or a villain, he will do whatever action that advances his aims.
Because there could be greater opportunities in the future, he concluded that he didn't care much about not picking both and missing out on his Class.
A sudden notification jarred him from his musings.
[✶Class unlocked – Ruler]
Going through his class option, he saw he gained three new skills, passive skills.
『Charisma』(A+ rank): The natural talent to command an army —Due to being an A+ rank, people are more favorable and willing to listen to you even if it's an absurd request.
『Instinct』(A rank): Instinct is the ability to instantly identify "the best personal course of action" during combat. Because this Skill allows for trajectory prediction, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. —Due to being an A rank, it is possible to use Intuition outside of combat, though on rare occasions.
『Magic Resistance』(A rank): Nullifies magecraft or any spells that are Rank A or below —Increases own debuff resistance by 20%.
'I suppose passive skill has no level, instead it is rated.' Kaiser discovered his passive abilities were lacking a level.
*Knock* *Knock*
Unfortunately, the sudden knocks on the door disrupted his tranquil moment.
"Well, they sure are early." Kaiser doesn't need intuition to tell him that those folks are police officers.
No, he wasn't going to be jailed or anything, he would most likely be placed in an orphanage.
Given his apparent youth and lack of proper dress, the store clerk certainly reported him to the authorities.
He stood up from the bath, towel around him, and examined his reflection.
The filth and unattractive hair had vanished.
He has gorgeous silver hair that falls to his chin and a perfectly symmetrical face, making him seem quite elegant for his age. His ruby eyes, which seem to see right into your own being, the most striking feature.
Many individuals had to catch their breath once Kaiser opened the door. The receptionist doubted herself, too, wondering whether she had confused herself.
"Is there anything I can assist you with?" Kaiser addressed the officer without showing any signs of concern.
The three cops, now acting normally, turned to the receptionist, who was looking fixedly at Kaiser as her gaze drifted over his chiseled physique.
An elderly cop cleared his throat, alerting the receptionist to their predicament.
She twisted her body awkwardly and muttered, "I'm not sure."
Kaiser was quite repulsed seeing an elderly woman acting like a street whore.
"If that is all, I will take my leave. Good day officers, and please come with a warrant next time!" Kaiser then closed the door in their obtrusive little faces.
He took off his shades and tossed them to the side.
Kaiser's silver hair used to be hidden. His silver hair was so grimy it would have passed for dirty blonde even if he hadn't been hiding it with a cowl.
He opened the window and leapt, activating his Presence Concealment while donning a shirt, a pair of pants, and a stolen watch.
Since it was still the early 2000s, he checked the neighborhood and discovered no cameras. Now when he saw that nobody was around, he took a chance and jumped.
Presence Concealment kept him undetected, and the prana in his legs didn't hurt his arms. Being a two-story leap, his jump didn't do any damage to the earth.
He lit up a cigarette and began casually strolling away from the building.
