Behold George! This is My True Power!

The crackling sound of the electric ball of energy on Neo's palm echoed through the silent ring. Everyone could feel the magical power of Neo's newly developed technique [Electric Burst Evolved].

The system displayed a message in Neo's field of vision, he still couldn't see via the sensory organ of sight but each micro second that passes the silent echo returned visual imagery of his surroundings.

"Only two tries? That's all I need." Neo uttered in his thoughts.

SWOOSH!

The ground beneath his feet cracked as he dashed forward towards George. Before George could even blink, Neo was right in front of him with his back bent forward and his right leg stretched backwards as he aimed the electric burst at the abdomen of George.

"What!?" George yelled in astonishment, Neo was far faster than before due to the speed amplification of the electric burst evolved. He dodged it just barely by flipping over Neo at the last second.

BOOM!

A large blast occured as the electric ball made contact with the barrier and blew it apart instantly. The sound echoed through the whole hall prompting everyone to close their ears.

"S-such destructive power!" One of the qualifying participants exclaimed, they were all greatly shocked at how powerful the ability what and that made them wonder what would have happened to the prince if he wasn't able to dodge it.

"Let me ask this again, just who is this guy!?" The woman that supported the prince from the start of the battle asked, their eyes all twitched unable to comprehend what transpired.

"Tsk." George grunted, it was clear to everyone the difference in power between the two contestants of the final round and all odds shifted to Neo.

"I missed, it won't happen again." Neo spoke softly looking over his shoulders at George with his blue eyes which reflected his affiliations with the underworld of assassins.

George had nothing more to say, at the current level of his magical power he knew there was no chance of him beating Neo, out of frustration to the truth he used his full power.

"RAHHH!" George let out a large battle cry as strong winds blew all around him, it carried with it the fragments of the broken pieces of ring towards the crowd prompting principal Helen to swiftly reconstruct the barrier around the ring. A huge dark essence engulfed the body of George and gave him a beast-like appearance. His dark claws resembled that of a demon, his face like that of a beast as well as his whole physique.

To George this had turned into a battle of defending his pride so he didn't care about the Aenist Exams anymore. The beast like transformation was a result of his strongest ability [Shadow Beast].

"I'll end your pathetic existence, you peasant!" The [Shadow Beast] ability distorted the voice of George and he sounded exactly like a beast as his ability entailed.

Most of the spectators had their hands over their mouth, some had theirs hanging as the prince revealed his true nature. The principal knew she had to call the battle off, the prince had no control over the ability as it responded to his rage, he only used this ability once against his parents killer who he brutally murdered.

George dashed forward at Neo, Neo responded to his movements. They exchanged fists and kicks and Neo evaded most of it, he knew if one of the George's strikes hit him he was done for, his strength was boosted at a stupendous rate.

"Stop!" Principal Helen attempted to call of the final round knowing what the results would be if she allowed it to continue. She materialized a barrier around George to prevent him from moving but he shattered it effortlessly like he was tearing paper.

It was too late, he had already succumbed to his anger.

George dashed towards Neo after both had delivered a punch to each other's face and were pushed backwards and Neo responded dashing at him as well with a bloody mouth. As they got in range, George slashed his demonic claws at the face of Neo to end his life once and for all.

At that final moment, Neo already anticipated his next move after analysing his fighting style since the beginning. He flipped over George swiftly, but before his legs could descend he grabbed George's shoulder with his left hand.

The spectators knew an opening when they saw one and given George's swift movements, he couldn't stop to counter what Neo was about to do.

"Go! Reo!" The spectators exclaimed all getting to their feet including Vanessa.

Neo used his ability [Electric Burst Evolved] and built up a blue ball of energy surrounded by sparks of electricity swiftly in his right palm. Principal Helen materialized three layers of barrier over the back of George to protect him from the devastating attack.

"Hmph." Neo grunted and slammed the electric burst at the back of George, the barrier shattered and the burst of energy drove George into the ring.

BOOM!

Another explosion occured and this time, both the ring and barrier were blown to pieces. The spectators covered their eyes to protect it from the dust that emerged from the blast range. The princess eyes were focused below at the scene as they all waited to see the outcome.

The dust cleared after a few seconds and Neo with blood rolling down his face was spotted standing above George who laid unconscious on the bare ground, the shadow essence around him was completely destroyed but took most of the impact giving George another day to live.

Confirming no rules had been broken, Helen sighed softly.

"Reo Elwin advances to the final stage!" She exclaimed.

"That was an amazing match!" One of the spectators exclaimed.

"I never expected such a match from a simple minded individual like you Neo, maybe the prophecy isn't all wrong." Vanessa praised him in her thoughts as a smile was drawn on her face. The whole participants applauded him loudly.
