A skill and the boss monster
"A male version of me?" Aisa asked, perplexed.
"Not really," Sophy specified while scrutinizing Aisa, who stood awkwardly. "Now that I look closely, you have the same hair and eyes, but everything else is different except the presence."
"Yeah, he had a more dominating but laid-back kind of presence, but you have that innocent and clueless kind of presence~!" Sophy happily explained, and the atmosphere became a little confused.
The little tiger just looked away with clear embarrassment, but it occasionally peeked at Aisa, its eyes darting to her hands every time, remembering the petting Ken gave.
It had already made a connection between Ken and Aisa, so it had some expectations, but then its eyes darted to Sophy, and it became a little downcast.
"Umm, that might be your brother," Emma spoke out, unable to bear the awkwardness. "A male version of you... well, if your brother had a doppelganger with a -1000 testosterone, then the doppelganger might be somewhere in the middle of you two... I think... I don't know."
Emma had started off a little confidently but got confused and unsure herself. An even more awkward silence fell, and the seemingly always cheery Sophy also felt the awkwardness.
"Yeah, it's most likely my brother," Aisa broke the awkward silence and looked at Sophy. "We will be off now!" Aisa declared and dragged Emma off, who silently followed but was happy to get out of the awkward tension.
Sophy didn't bother to stop them and looked at the little tiger beside her. "Luna, we should go as well, maybe back to the dungeon? I want to meet him again; he looks fun to hang out with," Sophy entered her own little world and ignored the little tiger Luna, who had been asked the question.
Luna shook her furry head and followed behind Sophy, who happily walked back in the direction of the dungeon, already over the awkward atmosphere.
On their way, Luna kept disappearing and reappearing, her eyes extremely sharp, looking at every corner. The moment she spotted something, she disappeared and then reappeared shortly after.

Meanwhile, in the dungeon.
The 9th floor.
[Sigh... why does this dungeon have such a limited selection of monsters...?]
The system lamented as she watched Ken annihilate a group of trolls.
"...This dungeon is only 10 floors, and it has more than five kinds of monsters, which is not normal in the first place. If there were more, then this dungeon would become a danger zone and be claimed by the nobles or some rich merchant," Ken reasoned, making the system whine in frustration.
Her angry mood was gone, leaving only some irritation behind.
Well, it was only natural. After all, she was pretty limited and could only see the things around Ken. Basically, she was stuck with Ken.
[Why do I have to be stuck with you... Aisa would be so much better to adventure with...]
The system kept lamenting, making Ken helpless. He couldn't stop hearing her or make her shut up.
He focused on his task ahead, completing this dungeon. "20 minutes... this might be a close one," he muttered and started to make his way deeper into the dungeon.
He found the entrance to the 10th floor, took a deep breath, and then jumped in.
The 10th floor was a little different from all the other floors. The 1st through the 9th were cave systems that became more spacious with each floor, but the 10th was an open floor, a giant cave with only exits to the 9th floor.
The ceiling was like a dome, and the floor had trees and grasses growing around with a few streams of water that came from the upper floors, making a small pond and a water system for this whole floor.
"This place is bigger than shown in the anime. Damn, just the diameter would be 3km, and this whole place is underground..." Ken analyzed grimly.
His eyes scanned the center of the floor, not finding what he was looking for. His eyes darted to every corner of the floor, and finally, he found what he was looking for. "Found you!" he exclaimed as he looked at a tall humanoid figure walking in the dense forest.
"Hey, give me my first quest reward now," Ken demanded as he started to sneak toward the humanoid monster.
[Sigh... of course, you still remember it... Also, do you want it in VR or IRL? If you choose VR, then you won't be able to use it IRL, so pick wisely,] the system grumbly advised.
Ken only grinned. "It doesn't matter, give it to me in VR."
An in-game screen popped up filled with Ken's status.

"Well, isn't that a convenient skill~!" Ken happily exclaimed, and the system groaned in annoyance.
[Cyclops... sigh... such an easy boss monster...]
Ken arrived at the spot he wanted and looked at the humanoid monster in front of him, a Cyclops. It had one eye and stood more than 8 meters tall.

Ken's sword glowed with a light blue hue as he willed his skill to activate.
In a burst of speed, he rushed forward and slashed at the Cyclops' leg, almost cutting through it. He made a quick turn and slashed again, ensuring that the leg was severed.
"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!" the Cyclops screamed in pain, limped, and then fell.
Ken backed off and waited for it to collapse, and the moment it did, he went straight for the single eye.
But it wasn't that easy. The Cyclops writhed in pain, slamming its hands and remaining leg around, destroying the trees.
Ken dodged the falling debris and focused on the eye. His sword glowed again, and without hesitation, he risked it all.
He threw the sword like a spear straight into the Cyclops' only eyes!
