Freeman (BL)

Luke Freeman, the genius of the century, just got out of prison, after being falsely imprisoned there for two years for the murder of his guardian. When he got out, he was assigned a therapist by his best friend. He doesn't like his therapist, Tim. He always tries to get involved in his personal life, and there is no escaping their weekly session together. Unfortunately, for him though, a laboratory accident lands him and his therapist a thousand and five hundred years in the past, but the worst part is that they aren't in their sixteenth century, the sixteenth century of a different dimension. Fortunately, Luke's guardian who is supposed to be dead is here as well... But he is here ruling as an evil king, who is slowly turning this dimension into what is his definition of the perfect world. That's not good. Now, Luke, Tim, and a group of people from this world are on a mission to stop the evil ruler from his mission. However, this might be a fun adventure for Luke and Tim. "Ugh, I wish I had a full glass of ninety-eight percent alcohol in my system," Luke commented boredly. "But that would kill you," Time replies. Luke rolls his eyes. "That is the f**king point, roach." Or maybe not...

Chapter 15

They were a week into their journey when came across a waterfall. "Water!" Tim exclaimed happily running to it.

"What are you a child?" Luke said blankly, as he watched Tim take some water and throw it in the air. They hadn't found any form of water in a week and had to rationalize their drinking water and the water they used to clean themselves.

Tim stopped what he was doing and turned to Luke. There was a mischievous glint in his eyes. 'What is he up to?' Luke thought suspiciously as he removed the heavy backpack and stretched feeling a sense of relief as he heard his bones pop.

This is where they are going to be camping the night, there was no need to ask Tim that question.

He was searching for his notebook and pen when felt himself being grabbed around his waist from behind. He couldn't move his arms either because they were caged by Tim's arms "Hey! Hey!" he cried out in surprise as he kicked the air. "Put me down!"

"Nope," Tim said grinning. "We're having a bath right now."

Like became angry and struggled even more noticing they were getting closer to the river. The next thing he knew he was soaking wet and cold.

He heard Tim laughing at him. He turned around to glare fiercely at him. "I will end you."

His hair was in front of his face covering most of his eyes.

"Remove your clothes already," Tim said light-heartedly.

"My Lord chose a human as his angel," a woman said in an upset voice as she watched Luke and Tim from the shadows.

"I'll prove he's not worthy of his power."

Luke was not happy with Tim. He is quite uncomfortable. Well, it's not comfortable not wearing underwear, but he had to allow it to dry.

He watched Tim swim carelessly and he thought, 'A river monster should just appear under him and try to eat him.'

He didn't hear Tim splashing anymore and he stood up worriedly. 'Did a river monster eat him?' he thought.

Tim came out holding three fish. "I got dinner!" he said. "Did something happen?" he asked seeing Luke so close to the river.

Luke looks at him blankly. "I hope you drown," he said in disdain.

"What'd I do?" Tim said angrily in confusion.

"Shut up," Luke said turning away. 'Unbelievable and to think that I thought he could be eaten by a sea monster.'

"What's with him," Tim mutters angrily coming out of the water. 'It doesn't matter, we have fish! Maybe I should catch more for to dry for our journey later.'

Luke continued building his latest project, a containment to harness the power of the battery he built. He has to use the ever-increasing energy, it can not be contained by a mere lead container, and it would melt it eventually.

Whatever Tim was preparing smelled good, but he had no appetite to eat.

He wasn't surprised when Tim handed him half a fish. "Too much?" Tim asked when he didn't accept it immediately.

"We'll see," Luke replies. Ever since they arrived in this world Tim has made it his duty to feed him. He's been living off of nutrient jelly for most of his life, so adjusting to normal food was quite difficult for him. Apart from nutrient jelly the only other he likes is a good bottle of alcohol. The stronger the better.

A change in diet is not exactly easy.

He took a few bites before getting full. He knows Tim is watching him anxiously, so he decides to take a few more bites before becoming full.

"I'm done," Luke said returning what he couldn't finish.

Tim looked at the remainder feeling a bit disappointed, he had observed Luke had a bit of an eating disorder and he could tell he reached his limit a long time ago.

"Pass me some nutrient jelly," Luke said.

"Are you addicted to nutrient jelly or something?" Tim said in irritation. He's never met someone who could like something as distasteful as nutrient jelly.

Luke doesn't reply and just stares blankly at him. Tim had no choice but to hand him a half-pack of nutrient jelly.

"I'm going to make sure you can eat normally before the journey is over," Tim said in determination.

"Psh," Luke almost laughs at this. 'Good luck,' he thought mockingly.

The fire crackled and above the fire were the remaining fish divided into portions two and a half feet above the fire, slowly drying up.

Luke and Tim were asleep underneath the force field in case of an enemy's attack.

Unfortunately, a force field didn't help them in this enemy's attack.

Because as soon as this enemy attacked, the force field broke. Fortunately, the force was loud enough for Luke and Tim to wake up immediately.

Luke holds Tim and teleports them away from where they were sleeping. "No," he said tiredly in dismay as he watched from a tree as their force field device was destroyed.

Electricity crackled around where they were lying down.

"We're dealing with lightning today, yay," Luke said sarcastically.

"What's going on?" Tim asked not fully awake.

"Long story short," Luke said lightly. "We're about to die, say your prayers."
