The Proposal 3
At this Nirnana's face darkened.
"Are you saying that I'm so low that only a goat if fit to deliver what I want?" she asked furiously.
"What ears of yours heard me say those words? Also, how are your parents? Were they involved in a plane crash? How is your health? I hope your cancer hasn't gone terminal. And as for your dog cherry, I'd be happy to mate her with my favourite frog, Markins."Andy said with a smile.
Nirvana could not take it anymore and rose up from the couch.
"Andy, how dare you?" she asked word for word and walked towards him.
What she did next was to slap him thrice with her right hand.
Andy shrugged and went back to his seat.
"Why is my case different? Why don't you even pamper me a little?" she cried.
"You want me to pamper you like a baby? Why didn't you say so earlier? You should have known by now that I like straightforward people."Andy remarked.
He left his seat and walked to her.
"Actually...i..wanted to give you something"Andy was interrupted when Nirvana shouted: "I don't want anything".
"Please baby girl, I'm sorry. I just have a bad temper. I promise I'll "Andy was interrupted again.
"Fine don't beg anymore. What did you wanna give me?" she asked.
"I...i.."
He brought out a red box from his pocket.
Now compared to earlier, he looked very nervous now.
"Oh my! Is he finally gonna propose to me? Hurry up dear, I'm waiting" she thought excitedly.
"i...i..i don't know..how to say it...i..em...will..you..*coughs* sorry..will you..."Andy stammered seeming at a loss for words.
By this time Geebie had long awoken.and was spying on them.
"So you finally want to propose to a girl but why that girl. Come on bro, she pushed me down earlier and you didn't even care"Geebie thought unhappily.
He vowed not to attend the marriage.
"Come on my love..say what you wanna say. Don't be shy"Nirvana encouraged a smirk on her lips.
"I..will you..will you..marry..marry..marry.."Andy did not get to finish.
"Yes. Yes I will," said Nirvana.
"Really?"Andy asked shocked.
"Of coures.I've waited so long for this," said Nirvana.
"Then..can..you open the box your self?"Andy asked shyly.
"Aww! You are so sweet" Nirvana snatched the box from Andy's hand and carefully opened it
"Never knew that Andy can be so shy. Finally, I won him over. Yes"Nirvana thought.
On fully opening the box, however, she screamed and dropped it.
"What happened?"Andy asked in 'concern'.
She pointed a finger at him.
"You..you.."
"What happened Natana?"
"How..how can you give me a scorpion?" she asked angrily at the top[ of her voice startling Geebie.
"That doesn't seem lady-like at all"Geebie thought.
"What's wrong with it? You never let me finish my words. I was asking if you wanted to marry Geebie and you said Yes. And that scorpion is the symbol of eternal love between you two"Andy explained with a chuckle.
"What?"Geebie and Nirvana exclaimed in unison.
