Emitter type quirk that allows MC to project his imagination into imaginary psychic constructs. There could be multiple ways this could go from here I mean treat like a green lantern ring maybe, a less permanent momo but I seeing as it is the imaginary why should there be a limit to what could be made? Like portals or magic items super advance technology anything the mind can imagine even the supernatural the quirks could in theory make real even if temporarily.

The drawback to the quirk (I know nothing about how this would affect a human being scientifically) but the more he uses the quirk the more tired he gets. Basically his brain produces melatonin in large amounts the more he uses his quirk forcing him to fall asleep if he goes all in like fighting Shoto Todoroki in raw power or the Nomu

Super move Lucid dreamer. The idea is based on the fact(idea) that he can use his quirk in his sleep. He sometimes creates his imaginary psychic projections while sleeping and it was really bad when he was young making his sleep cycle hell cause he would be maybe close to waking up only to hit himself with more sleepy good time chemical on his less resistant young body. Continuing by forcing himself to sleep and have a lucid dream he can in theory use his quirk indefinitely just using psychic telekinesis shit to see the world around him and project it on his dream and further use his quirk to move his body body fight and talk and other stuff too.
