New Academic session

" are you okay Lilith " said Kyle his voice woke me up from trance and I pushed Adrian away instinctively I don't know what came over me I only felt that I should prevent something from happening .

" Why did she pushed me away when she heard Kyle's voice " there was pain in his chest he can't really explain the feeling he felt sad from the reaction " am I that disgusting for you to push me away "

" Yeah I am okay Adrian caught me " said Lilith " Thank you for catching me " said Lilith with a smile. Adrian hide his feelings and said she is welcome. They said their goodbyes and Kyle also gone back to boarding school. There began to form a crack in the relationship of Lilith and Adrian but he acted to be alright on the outside. All began to change from that moment on.

New academic session was started and Lilith became a senior. She and Adrian go to school at the same timing.

On the first day of school, Lilith oiled her hair and put her hair in a phony tail it was the first time she tied her hair up so it was sloppy. She didn't have her mom to teach her so she messed up big time. Her hair was greasy from the oil. Everyone was looking at her like she was from an another planet holding their laughter. She didn't have a clue about why everyone was staring.

Adrian tapped on her shoulder " Hey good morning " she turned around and greeted Adrian, her heart beat fast whenever she see him she was not comfortable when she is near him, she didn't know why " Why are you wearing glasses? " asked Lilith " he looked more smart when he is wearing glasses and not so arrogant and annoying " thought Lilith " it's because I play too much vedio games that my eye sight became bad don't tell Max okay or else he will scold me for it".

The bell rang, Lilith was in B class, her class and Adrian's class were opposite to each other they could see each other if they are both on the first bench. Class started, during class she could always feel someone was staring at her so she looked up and saw Adrian staring their eyes met but Adrian looked away pretending that he was not staring at her. This became a habit of Adrian whenever they are far apart he will look at her secretly. She felt strange " why is he always staring at me do l look strange or something " she thought but she could not confront him because he kept pretending not to be staring at her.

" She has become more cute with her long hair why can't I stop staring at her she will think I'm a weirdo but what can I do my little sister has grown up " thought Adrian

Day by day Lilith became uncomfortable with everyone staring at her and whispering and grew tired of having to tie her hair everyday so she asked her father to cut it. The next day all the people are staring again, after she cut her hair she thought everyone will stop staring at her specially Adrian her heart always beat fast when he looked at her.

" You cut your hair I like your hair being long " said Adrian looking dissapointed.Her heart was beating fast and her voice couldn't come out she tried hard " but... but it was bordering me " said Lilith shuttering "are you okay are you sick anywhere why is your voice shuttering let me check " said Adrian putting his hands on her forehead. Her face turned red as a tomato at that instant " your temperature is increasing by the second you must have a fever ... let's go to the nurse's office " said Adrian draging her to the nurse's office . She didn't have a chance to speak when Adrian pulled her arms and drag her.

Badump..... badump..... badump her heart was beating loud, she just looked down at the floor and walked behind Adrian while he was holding her hand. Her hands were sweating, she could only hear her heart beating faster by the second walking to the nurse's office because like an hour. " We are here lay down on the bed I will search for the nurse " said Adrian looking worried.

" Maybe I am really running a fever I face is burning " thought Lilith touching her face.
