15 Shooting star

Adrian and me high five each other " Good work partner " said Lilith with a smile " We won't be winners if I am not your partner " said Adrian with a smug look. " I will not punch you this time because you worked hard with me partner" said Lilith. Her brothers and father cheered receiving the trophy with Adrian.

The next day at school, the principal awarded both of them for bringing the school the trophy.

" what!!! Kyle is coming home for Christmas holidays this year, I missed the days we are together " said Lilith nostalgic " you don't have to be so excited okay " said Adrian annoyed.

He always gets annoyed when he thought about Kyle and Lilith and what happened in the park.

" Don't be a spoil sport, we haven't seen him for two years and he is your best friend " said Lilith " we haven't seen each other often but you didn't miss me " said Adrian looking serious.

"What's with that look I don't like your seriousness " " Hey answer me " " I don't miss you because you are annoying and act like a baby " said Lilith pinching his cheek and running away " hey get back here " Adrian chased Lilith " mahh catch me if you can " said Lilith showing her tongue.

Adrian caught Lilith after much time chasing around and pinched both Lilith's cheeks "who's the baby now " Lilith kicked his legs and he was about to fall over but he caught her arms and rolled on the ground.

Adrian was above Lilith they stared at each other for a second and he rolled to the side laughing. They both laughed " I guess we are both babies " said Lilith laughing hard.

On the day of Christmas after having their dinner at their homes they met up at a coffee shop nearby.

" Mike hurry up we are gonna be late " said Lilith excited " Don't be late and be careful " said Antony " yes dad we are going " .

Lilith and Mike reached the coffee shop they saw both Adrian and Kyle chatting. " what are you guys talking about " asked Lilith sitting down " we are talking about my life at school " said Kyle " and Merry Christmas " " Merry Christmas " said Lilith. They talked about their past remembering their time together.

" Lilith your hair has grown out " said Kyle " yeah my dad is busy to cut it " said Lilith " are you even a girl, girls have long hair and I like long hair " said Adrian " my sis don't like long hair because she doesn't know how to tie it " said Mike " shut up Mike " said Lilith embarrassed " as aspected from a wild girl" said Adrian smirking " what did you say, say it again " " you two never change do you " laughed Kyle.

After ending their small reunion celebration.

They all walked Lilith and Mike to their house.

It was a full moon night with a clear sky, Lilith put her hands on the back of her head looking at the stars while walking.

" Hey guys look it's a shooting star " Lilith said pointing at the shooting star " make a wish guys" . Lilith caught her feet on a stone while walking and was about to fall but someone caught her holding her waist there was only an inch between their faces she could clearly see the stars reflect on his eyes her heart skipped a beat. All seemed to freeze at this moment , her heart beat faster by the second.

At the sky there was another shooting star. " His eyes is so beautiful why have I never noticed it before, were they that beautiful " thought Lilith.

" Are you okay Lilith " she snapped out of it and pushed him away.
