The reason why the Touguo conglomerates received the news so promptly is related to their backing by Eagle capital.

It is well-known that the major shareholders behind several of Touguo's conglomerates are the Big Three from Eagle!

Although the Angsa forces have chosen to exclusively control the choices of Eagle and have given up many resources as a price, the conglomerates in Touguo still carry their billions of US Dollar equity.

Now, they have no choice but to continue interfering in Central Asia's affairs, but if they had to choose between the conglomerates and Touguo's management, they would rather see the conglomerates win.
