WHAT'S A FLASH MARRIAGE WITHOUT A CONTRACT?

' Mother Mel doesn't like it when someone points out that we are older than her.' Tony explained when he saw Peter's confused gaze.

Peter nodded in understanding after all he had seen this woman in action. It seems like his boss's life will be filled with drama from now.

' Mr K, I have something to discuss with you. Let's go to that café over there.' Melody says.

Kevin King nods and follows her.

Meanwhile the three guys exchange glances and then surrounded Peter to interrogate him.

Mandeline's Café,

' What did you want to talk about?' Kevin King asks.

' I just have a few conditions for this marriage.' Melody Maxwell replies.

' Tell me.'

' Firstly, do not interfere unnecessarily in my matters. Secondly, I hate cheating the most so even we are marrying for the sake of it, keep your distance from other women. I'm VERY stingy, I hate sharing. Thirdly, Regarding our sexual relationship it can happen once in a while with adequate precautions and mutual consent. One more thing, after a year I will not be available so we'll go out separate ways then. And if you find the conditions to hard to follow, we can always apply for a divorce.' Melody explains and sips her hot chocolate.

' I agree to all your conditions but I have a few of my own.' Kevin King says.

' I'm listening.'

' I need you to be scandal free during our marriage and you will need to put on a "loving couple" act in front of my family and I will need you to accompany me to business banquets, official dinners and the likes. Do you agree?' Kevin King asks.

' Sure.' Melody Maxwell replies.

' Good, I will get my lawyer to draft the contract and I will send you a copy. Yes one more thing, you'll sign a pre-nuptial agreement.' Kevin King says.

' No problem.' Melody Maxwell replies.

Kevin King passed her a card.

' Here's my credit card, you can use it for your expenses and get some good clothes afterall you are now Mrs King.' Kevin King says.

Melody Maxwell smile and accepted the black card thinking of how much she could spend.

Kevin King was stunned. Wasn't she supposed to reject then accept or say something like, "I will use my own money"?

Melody noticed his stare.

' What? You didn't expect me to refuse , did you? Look my darling Mr K, if I refused I would be wasting your good intentions besides I'm your wife if I don't spend your money it will remain there wasting and of no use. You should thank me for my kindness.' Melody self-righteously says.

Kevin King was speechless. How could someone shamelessly take money in such an upright manner? And what did she mean by "my darling Mr K?" How could she say that to someone she knew just for a day? It was confirmed, this woman was the epitome of shamelessness.

' Let's exchange contact info. Call me when the contract is ready.' Melody Maxwell says as he hands her phone to him.

He types in his number and she saves it as

' My darling Mr K.'

When he gives her his phone, she inputs her number and saves it as

' My darling Mrs K.'

Kevin King's eyes twitched when he saw the cheesy name.

' Don't you dare change it. Or else I will smash your phone.' Melody threatened.

Kevin King had a guy feeling that she would fulfill her threat.

' Until next time, see you Mr K.' Melody says as she leaves. Suddenly she turns back and shouts,

' I forgot about my baby'

Kevin King is stunned as she runs towards him on full speed. He had already made up his mind to dodge her. Just as she was approaching him, he moved to the left. Unexpectedly, she did to and they ended up bumping heads.

' What the f*ck dude? Why'd you stand in my way?' Melody says angrily.

' What do you mean? You were the one running towards me!' Kevin replied.

' What a joke! Why would I run towards you? I left the card, I was going to get it.' Melody retorted.

Kevin turned his head and sees the card on the table.

Melody murmured as she stood up, took the card and walked away.

As soon as the three guys saw her enter her bike, they entered theirs and rode after her.

Peter sighed in relief and hurriedly went to find his boss.

' Boss how was it? Did she agree?' Peter asks Kevin.

' Yes.' Kevin replied.

' That's good. Soon your life will be like those movies where after marriage they will find out their wife's food taste better than Michelin chefs and she will be easily shy and then fall in love with you secretly. She will refuse your help in her career and become successful all by herself.' Peter explained based on his telenovela experiences.

At a beautiful cottage in front of Nature Haven Beach,

' Finally, I will have someone to cook and clean for me. Live off someone else's money and be as lazy as I ever wanted. I might even use his connections to pull some strings if I'm too lazy and then after a year I will peacefully spend my life slothfully.' Melody says happily.

' You are still entering hibernation?' Tony asks?

' Of course. I already discussed it with him. Anyways I'm tired, I have worked too hard today.' Melody says as she goes to her bedroom.

The three guys exchange glances with one thought in their head.
