"It seems the Karma of my Fahren Clan isn't so bad, after all. To think we've been blessed with a progeny that could carry the complete Bloodline. Good! Very Good!"
Although, none had any idea what the Ancestor was talking about, that couldn't be said about those of the Fahren Clan. Osric could make out the absolute shock that framed their expressions.
Who were the Fahrens? They were Humans with a Bloodline that placed them on the ranks of Mythical Beasts like Phoenixes, Dragons and Qilins. Their Bloodline was so powerful it was undoubtedly the strongest of the whole Dark Edge Realm.
And yet, if Osric were to think of it by the words of the Ancestor and reaction of the Fahrens, it appeared as though their Bloodline had always been incomplete. Incomplete, because, they hadn't beget anyone who could carry the complete one.
Osric's eyes quivered when he got to this point. If even, with an incomplete Bloodline, they were already this strong, then what could be said about one with the complete Bloodline?
Osric lowered his head towards Seina. Her white hair looked almost blinding under the shower of Heavens' Blessing. Her eyes, however, were snapped shut.
He raised his head up again, and could see the vast heavenly bodies that made their presence known. The infinite number of stars that stretched across the whole World. The countless moons that shone with an unrestrained might. And the Ether Sun that floated silently among this phenomenon.
Osric looked towards the cause of this and his lips couldn't help but quiver. Seina's Dantian… was of the Divine Grade at the very least. He had no doubt.
*
Seina, however, couldn't care about the whole World as of now, because the moment her Dantian awakened, her body radiated an immense light that drowned all darkness in the Awakening Coliseum.
First, her Meridians came to life. It stretched across her whole being in complex formations, widening and doubling in robustness with each passing second. And were it possible for one to examine her carefully, it would look as though her Meridians were cosmic matters stretched thin into golden filaments!
Next, was her Body. It's light was comparably less, but, its might was anything but. On side of her lithe body, a radiant light reminiscent of stars shone with glory. On another, a less bright light shone, however, it gave off the feeling as though the moons and Ether Sun had become one. As though, the fabled eclipse had descended!
Without hesitation, her Soul kicked into being. And this, was without a doubt the most overbearing of her Talents. It flared with a luminosity that distorted space and locked it. Without a doubt, every one of the powerhouses here found space constricted around them, making it slightly difficult for them to bend it to their whims. But, it was only that… slightly.
Not even the floating Formations in the air, which were countless times stronger than the current Seina, could stop them if they chose to go all out. This has been made affirmative by the now dead Shadow Blade Ancestor.
The last of them was her Bloodline. A sea of stars that had little to do with her Dantian hung above her head. But, it wasn't only that. Three Moons floated beside the stars, each radiating an aura more terrifying than the last. And the last of them, was the Ether Sun. It's made its presence known again in Seina's Bloodline!
Without fail, each and every one of these Talents were of the Divine Grade!
Silence descended upon the Dark Edge Realm.
*
Osric collapsed onto his chair, his head bent over the edge as he stared blankly at the chandelier hanging silently from the ceiling. His mind still reeled from shock.
'All…Divine…Grade?'
To have a tiny inkling of the reason he was so shocked, one needed to know that Divine Grade wasn't just special because it was equivalent to the Divine cultivation realm. No, the Fortune that encompassed it was so immense it couldn't be taken casually.
As far as he knew, Divines are the only existences worthy to take the Epithet. Even then, they had to be so skilled in their area of expertise they had no equal, which, in other words meant, a cultivation expert in the Divine realm who wanted the Epithet, Divine of Fire, had to be so skilled in their wielding of flames they were unmatched against those of their cultivation level, and could even suppress those higher than them.
The Heavens cherished the Divine Epithet, and would only grant it to those worthy to hold it.
Thus, it became obvious that, for anything to be graded Divine, it meant it was worthy in the face of the Heavens. And for it to be worthy meant it was especially special.
There was a reason the Divine Plane had more Divine Clans than any other Plane in the Dark Edge Realm. There was a reason the Divine World of the Divine Plane can only be successfully transversed by Divines. There was also a reason the Heavens reacted fiercely to Seina's Talents Awakening.
It was because all had the Epithet 'Divine' behind them.
For a moment, Osric regretted ever taking such a decision. Could he have chosen the other? With his choice, how was he going to ever surpass Seina? However, hadn't Elder Adrian said he could change his mind before he started? Could he go back to change-
'No! I have made my choice and nothing can change it. So what if I can't surpass Seina? So what if she was more talented? It doesn't change the fact that not all the Divines were talented when they first started on their journey of cultivation, yet, they are now world shaking powerhouses who commands respect anywhere they go…'
If they could do it, he could too. This was his vow.
At that moment though, the voice of the Infernal King rang through the Awakening Coliseum, the solemnity laden beneath it difficult to conceal.
"On behalf of all Demons, I, Andi Blytht, the King of the Infernal Plane, congratulate the Fahren Clan on the awakening of such a heavenly genius."
