"I'm ready, come at me," Glace smirks at her but Pan vanishes.
Pow! Her fist slams into his gut. Kuoo...
What?! Whe--
He falls onto the first floor of the prison after a moment, "How... is she so strong?"
Pan, frowning at him, says, "Your belly is a big target, fat as you are, you should never drop your guard."
He frowns, his face flush red it seems steam is furiously escaping, "How, dare you?!"
He grits his teeth, "I won't be so careless this time."
Meanwhile, Goku's leaving the destroyed base toward Pan whose energy he could sense was higher than ever.
Whoa, this is a fight I'd love to see.
He arrives at their showdown, halting abruptly in midair and hovering.
Go, Pan.
She notices that her grandpa is nearby and watching her fight.
Grandpa's watching—neat, I get to show him how strong I've gotten since we sparred last.
She backs up from Glace, wipes her lips with the back of her hand and smirks, "Let's wrap this up."
Glace frowns, "You think you can defeat me so easily?"
"No question."
He squeezes his fist, "Tch..." then smiles, "Ha ha, you almost had me."
Her eyebrows form a wave as she tilts her head, "Huh?"
"Try me," he says before switching his stance.
"Heh," she smirks.
His guard's up. How will you handle this, Pan?
They hover in a circle while keeping the distance between them, before dashing toward each other and exchanging and blocking a flurry of jabs. The shockwaves from their intense clash keeps intensifying, causing whole houses, stalls and even some Imeckans who failed to evacuate to be caught in.
Goku saves all the people quickly; they bow and thank him.
"This guy is tough, but Pan's got him."
"Impressive, you're not strong, but you're adapting," she tells him during their melee.
Veins appear on the temple of his head as he frowns, "You condescending--"
Pow, Pow, Pow!! She lands three forceful jabs on his belly again.
Kuoo!! He coughs up saliva, crouches to soothe the pain and falls again.
She says to him as he writhes in pain on the ground a distance away from the prison, "It made me mad."
Huh? Goku pays attention to her words.
"My friend worked hard to make me this helmet and you cracked it. It was a jerk move."
"Tch," Glace frowns at her, gritting his teeth.
"If it'd broken, I'd probably be sent home immediately. I wouldn't get to complete the adventure with my grandpa and friends."
"Do you think I care?" Glace yells, "I don't care about your friends or that stupid helmet!"
Pan, with an emotionless face, watches her opponent.
"Infact, an inferior species who needs a helmet to survive outdoors shouldn't dare raise their hands at royalty!!"
Glace powers up and starts losing his plump physique.
Whoa... How's he doing that? Goku wonders.
Pan fixes her arms at her side, "You won't stay down?"
That's it, power up. I get to show grandpa how strong I am.
Glace continues to power up and his aura starts to change from transparent with whitish edges to a translucent hue and darker streaks. He grows larger and his muscles bulge, his previous pot belly giving way to well toned abs.
The craters formed due to the sudden and increasing pressure of the shockwaves continue sinking and spread out until they eventually tilt the prison itself.
He's almost as strong as Pan now.
Goku starts to move between Glace and Pan, but she dissuades him even while focused on her opponent below, "Grandpa."
"Pan, this could get dangerous. I don't want you to get hurt. If anything happens to you..."
"I've got this."
"Pan..."
"I'll beat him," she smiles.
"Is that right?" Glace's voice has deepened and his energy feels malicious and wreaks of murder.
Pan's breathing changes, her eyes dilate and she steps back while hovering.
Oh no, she's spooked.
As Glace charges toward her, Goku gets between them and fires an energy blast at him.
As the smoke clears, Glace has taken no damage and wears a conceited smile, "Was that supposed to hurt, little one?"
Goku frowns, "Pan."
"Huh?" her grandfather's voice snaps her out of her shock.
"Sometimes," he tells her, "You'll have to fight guys like this, whose energy is suffocating and you just have to snap out if it."
"..."
"Grandpa."
"This guy's not stronger than you, even powered up."
Glace frowns at them, "What are you two whispering about?"
"Ah, will it be a two on one?"
Pan hovers down beside her grandpa and charges up her energy, "I got it grandpa. Thanks."
"Ready to fight now?" Glace smirks.
"No more games," Pan says.
They charge at each other, and when Glace attempts a jab, Pan dodges and lands an upper cut.
He stumbles back, shakes it off and grumbles. He charges at her again, but she lands a solid kick on his gut, rotates and knees his jaw, causing him to slam into the ground.
"How's this possible? I've powered up all the way!!"
He throws an energy blast but she blinks out of sight, appears behind him and lands a double axe slam on his back.
Her attack knocks him out, but the impact courses through him and creates a giant crater to form on the ground. Boom! A dustcloud surrounds them, and Glace falls slowly onto the ground.
Pan hovers up toward her grandfather, smiling and victorious.
"Good job, Pan."
"Thanks grandpa."
Kion, who had been watching their showdown behind the prison so as to not be blown away by the strong shockwaves, is beside himself, glaring intently and his jaw dropping: He lost. Glace was defeated. That rude alien beat him.
"Amazing," he manages.
As Pan and Goku began to fly away, an unexpected energy blast shatters Pan's helmet.
Glace barely standing, fired a blast from his index finger.
Pan's eyes glare, her jaw drops. Goku turns around to see what had broken like glass, only to see Pan's face clearly.
"Pan!"
Glace falls again, smiling however.
Goku flies beside Pan, carries her and uses instant transmission to Trunks, but he's not inside the shuttle.
"Oh, it's you Goku."
"Trunks, Pan's helmet broke. She needs air or ..."
"Oh, don't worry about it. We found out we don't need to wear helmets after all."
"Ah," Goku's shocked, then sighs.
"Pan," he calls her, "You're alright. Turns out we don't need helmets after all."
"Huh?" Pan stops gasping.
"Ahh, so that's why I'm alright."
Goku smiles.
"Hey Trunks, where's Bulla?" Pan asks.
"She's in the shuttle. She said she was tired from flying around searching for the fuels, so she's resting inside."
"Oh ok."
"So, what are you doing, Trunks?" Goku asks.
"Filling the tanks with the fuel."
"Oh, yeah. That."
"I got sidetracked," Pan smiles.
"I'm glad you're alright. But, we've already got quite enough now," Trunks says, "We'll be leaving this planet soon."
"Uh huh. It's time to find those Dragon Balls."
Meanwhile, back at the prison, Kion went to check on Glace.
Seeing his enemy resurfaced all the terrible memories he lived, "You hurt and oppressed us, you monster."
Kion found a spear near the prison left by the guards.
"Killing you will end our suffering," he lifted the spear about to run it through the unconscious dictator.
"Reconsider," Ledgic hovered down.
Kion, spooked by the fallen ruler's ally's voice, turned to face him, "Are you here to save him?"
"I don't think you should soil your hands with another's blood," Ledgic said.
"If soiling my hands will ensure peace henceforth, I'll not hesitate," Kion swings the spear down about to pierce Glace.
"Peace isn't something only you can ensure."
Kion stops, but his hands are trembling. He's barely keeping himself from slashing Glace.
"Glace hurt this land—your people, and he'll definitely try again. But this time, you won't be defenseless."
"What?" Kion's eyes dilate.
As night came on Imecka, the Team launched back into space carrying the new, efficient fuels that'll help them gather the galaxy-threatening Black Star Dragon Balls.
A few hours earlier, Ledgic took off in another shuttle, with Glace, Gale and Sheela.
Kion announced that the cruel tyrant Glace and his allies were defeated by strong aliens and that Imeckans were now free from his cruel rules.
Celebration of Imecka's liberty broke out all over the planet and the resistances were disbanded promptly.
Kion began to tour Imecka, convincing the people of the need for a military solution to colonization from aliens.
Glace's defeat ended the supply of slaves from Imecka, which made slaves even more dear and profitable.
"So, Glace was beaten?"
"Indeed, sir. Here's an image we received of the one who struck him down."
"Why... she looks rather puny. Publish this image and attach a hefty bounty—dead or alive."
"Yes, Don, sir."
"Glace, what a pity—you were taken out before I could tke Imecka out of your greedy hands. You're as deserving of death, as your uncle... Freeza."
Whoa... some crazy reveals this episode. Stay tuned for the next one. Thanks for the collections—I'm super grateful.
