Chapter 6: "The First Day 1

As a few days passed after the talk with Principal Nezu, Aiden found himself exploring his magical items, his gaze lingering on the Book of Thoth. A sense of regret washed over him as he realized he may have wasted one of his wishes. However, he reasoned that having access to such a powerful repository of magic could still prove invaluable in the future.

With the looming start of his time at U.A. High School, Aiden woke up early, determined to ensure he was fully prepared to defend himself. Practicing teleportation and flying magic had become routine, and he felt a sense of confidence in his abilities. As he fastened the Amulet of Anubis around his neck, he felt its weight fill him with power and insight into the vast world of magic, reassuring him that he could cast powerful spells without the need to directly wear the helmet.

Arriving at the school building around 8 AM using a teleportation spell, Aiden made his way through the front doors and into 1-A's homeroom. The scene inside was chaotic, with students engaged in heated arguments. Ignoring the commotion, Aiden quickly found a free desk and took a seat.

Before he could fully process the situation, a figure emerged from a yellow sleeping bag at the front of the room. The man stretched and yawned, resembling a moth emerging from its cocoon.

"I am Shota Aizawa, your homeroom teacher," he introduced himself in a nonchalant manner. "Let's head outside for a Quirk Apprehension Test."

As some students began to protest, suggesting that the day should start with introductions or a gathering, Aizawa shut them down with a stern glare.

"Shut up, all of you," he commanded, his gaze sweeping over the room. "If you came here expecting to party or have a good time, you're in the wrong school. Now, get to the gym and change into your gym clothes."

Inside the boys' changing room, while looking at Minoru Mineta, I was thinking about how this guy got here. Thoughts about throwing him onto the surface of the moon did appear in my mind, but I just decided to blind him for a short time, since what he wanted to do was a dream of many boys.

The class followed Aizawa out to the training grounds. Once there, to demonstrate, Aiden was given a ball to throw. He took a deep breath, improving his magic through the Amulet of Anubis. He simply teleported the ball into the space, surprising everyone.

Looking at the students' casual attitude, Aizawa explained the test's additional rules and stakes. "Last place will be expelled," he stated bluntly, causing concern among the students.

Next was the 50-meter dash. Aiden took his place on the starting line, his heart pounding. As the gun went off, he chanted a spell and appeared at the finishing line with a time of 1.9 seconds.

Then came the ball throw again, but this time it was Ochaco Uraraka's turn. The brown-haired girl, with her Quirk to manipulate gravity, sent the ball soaring into the sky, practically into orbit. Katsuki Bakugo followed, using his explosive Quirk to propel the ball even farther.

As everyone started displaying their various Quirks, Izuku Midoriya stepped up next. Charging his Quirk, he threw the ball with all his might but only managed to get it a few meters away. Aizawa, unimpressed, gave an impromptu lecture about the dangers of breaking one's body in the pursuit of heroism. With renewed determination, Midoriya threw the ball again, this time using only one finger, and achieved a respectable distance of 507 meters.
