My mom left soon after when she received a call from my father saying she should come home. He sounded angry and l wondered what had made him so furious that he was taking it out on my mother

My mother is one of the most caring people l have come across in life. He spirit is one of a kind. She is patient, selfless and most of all loving. The woman who had shaped my definition of being a mother because l wanted all my children to be raised by a hand like her own

It was an unpleasant feeling knowing l knew what her husband was doing behind her back and not telling her. I wasn't supposed to know but l would have liked someone to tell me as well

How could l even bring myself to do that. Ruin a marriage that was filled with love but hidden in lies. I could potentially break them apart and that wasn't my intention. He probably thought he was doing a good cause but that still didn't take away from the fact that he lied to us
