Death by Desire: A Vampire-Lycan Love Story

Cora is unique among the vampires in Gray Vale. She is half fae. She has a beating heart. And she can bring life to the vampires around her, allowing them the ability to die when they desire it rather than being cursed with the same dreadful existence for eternity. Cora’s gift makes available this “death by desire” that is prized in the vampire world. Offering life to vampires is a beautiful gift, but it can also be used as a weapon. And that is what the royal family of vampires wishes to do. With no other choice, she must marry into the royal family for protection from those who are threatened by her ability. But when a “pet” lycan is gifted to her who is her true mate, will she find a way to break off the engagement, threatening her family and everyone else she loves in the process? Can her mate's lycan pack possibly win against the vampires who do not want to part with her? Or will they be forced apart? Published exclusively on Webnovel. Restless Monsters

"Hey sis," Sage said when Selah walked by and hit his shoes.

He was reclining on a chair in the main area of the pack house looking over the map of the territory. He had jotted down where everyone was going to be positioned when the time came for fighting and was trying to anticipate issues.

Other than the unknown witch from Eliade, it felt like there was something he was overlooking. But he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Selah leaned over the chair next to him, looking at the paper in his hands.

"Aren't you supposed to be in a sacred female circle or something?" He asked, glancing at her and then back at the map.

"You know about that?"

"Just found out actually. Is Gia done too, then?"

Selah pushed herself off the chair and stood. "No, she's still there. I left early."

"Everything okay?" He pulled his gaze from the map to really look at her this time. Now that he did, he could tell something was off with her.
