Uncertain future

"Alright, so umm Julian, what's the guild master like?" I ask, intrigued.

    "Oh, she's super strong since all guild masters must be ranked A or above, and she loves discovering new creatures. She was so excited when she heard about you." Julian excitingly exclaimed as I put on the cloak, and she drives to the guildhall. We both walk in, this immense building that looked almost medieval with a bar area almost like an inn. However, people started glaring at me from every corner. "Hey Julian, is this person a newbie ?" A tall skinny man with a red mohawk asked.

"Yes, the guild master wanted to meet him. You know how impatient she is, so we should go." Julian quickly responded and brought me upstairs to the office.

I knock on the door and hear a light voice saying to come in. I slowly open the door and walk in with Julian. Suddenly, I'm pinned by a person with sharp, pointy ears against the wall.

"Wha-what the hell!" I yell "Be quiet you. Julian you said this was a Nephalem, but it's already showing the signs of turning into a full demon, as you can tell with his red eye and fully grown horn on one side!" The lady yelled at Julian.

"I...I didn't know it wasn't like that yesterday both his eyes were blue and his horn was still half damaged like all the other nephalems I've met guild master." Julian replies."From what I know, he can change into a full-fledged demon any minute now." She says while holding me firm against the wall.

"Stop! Trust me, I'll take responsibility if that ever happens, but I'm placing my bets he's not going to become a dangerous demon like that, so let him be part of the guild for now." Julian says, trying to defend me.

"Fine but you'll be keeping that word I need some insurance however and we cannot let the rest of the guild members know his identity so before you all came I bought a magic wig that was made from mob drops it covers all non human parts weather its horns, halo's or animalistic ears." Guild master told me as she handed me the wig which I put on as it fit comfortably on my head.

"So what is this insurance you are talking about?" I ask the guild master.

"Since you've shown to have demon attributes you can likely do some fair bit of combat now and so ill send your squad into a C rank dungeon in a week I know  you just became like this recently so I entrust Julian to train you until then." The guild master says, and so we take our leave.

"You never told me Julian that the guild master was an elf." I alleged.

"Well, she's technically a half elf half barbarian just like Frank is a barbarian. How else would he attract enemy attention?" I look at Julian irritated. (She never tells me anything she can't leave important things out like that.)

"I apologize leaving you in the dark alot but I cannot list everything I know so I'll give you a creature encyclopedia after training tonight I called Piro to come help with the training that's why we are walking to the training grounds." Julian said as we met up with piro at the training grounds.

"Why did you call me out here? You know I can't really train him as he's still a Nephalem." Piro looks at me. "..oh, his eye color changed and the horn has grown so he's become more demonic I may be able to teach him how to fight if demon abilities are similar to ours I'm not entirely sure. However, it is very dangerous to test out." Piro told us

"There's not much else we can do he needs to be trained within the week." Julian replied

"Alright so us angels are stronger when we are calm in heart and mind if we get angry our power dissipates it is believed the demons are the opposite so it's possible you can become stronger if you make yourself angry that's how we will test this lets just hope you don't fully evolve into a demon doing so." Piro says as I and Julian enter the training room. She grabs two swords as I start to remember what happened to Wiggly and the wigglers. I started to get pissed and both my eyes started to burn. My nails started to sting as sharp black claws came out of my fingers, and blades pertuted out of my elbows.

"There you go focus on that feeling, but don't let it take control." Piro yells as Julian charges at me. Her sword swings towards my side as I block it with my blade. I swing my claws at her she ducks and dodges swiftly. "That's it now you're getting somewhere!" Julian yells as she swings both her blades at once. I block the left, but my ribs are hit on the right as she follows up kicking me across the room. I scream in pain and furosity I then run towards Julian swinging my claws.

"Calm down Nux! if you let anger consume you, you'll turn into a demon!" Piro yells as Julian repeatedly hits me with the sword I get on my knees and take a deep breath. My claws and blades retract.

"Phew I think I've calmed down. Why can't I just snap the enemies necks like I did in the last dungeon?" I asked curiously

"If you think that would work on every enemy there's lots to learn you where in a D rank dungeon of course you could do that then but you can't rely on such a primitive fighting style. Don't fret, though. We will work on controlling your emotions before the end of the week." Julian and I then part ways with piro saying we will meet up again tommorow in the afternoon they also planned to invite Frank. Once I got home I laid on the couch with Wiggly.

"I'm going to order pizza here is the book on creatures."Julian says while handing me an encyclopedia. I read about plenty of creatures, dragons, giants, elves, and demons. However, something caught my eye.

"The pizza is here!" Julian yells while handing me a slice. (What is this it looks good) I think to myself as Julian eats a slice. I hesitantly take a bite after seeing her eat. I take a bite and the stringy texture with the warm sauce was delectable. I put a slice on the floor for Wiggly, and he scarfs it up. (I'm really curious about what I just read. I'll mention it after we eat. Im not gonna ruin this food.)
