" wow that was a mild reaction"

after walking further they introduced themselves to each other , although Edge was expecting a big reaction from the player who saved him he was happy that there was the complete opposite reaction

The player named Luck was a high priest in the Church of light , it was a very rare class he got because unlike normal priest players who work outside the church , Luck works from inside of the church.

" wow that means you have an Epic class , I did heard about it on the forums but never thought i would meet you so soon , but what are you doing here ? " Edge was surprised that Luck was the famous person who got the Class High Priest

" ahh actually I got a legendary rank quest with a deadline of 1 year , I have this star symbol which I need to cleanse from the polluting demon aura " Luck said while showing a 8 pointed star relic

This relic was the symbol of church of light just like a cross , but unlike normal Star symbols this was a pseudo Ancient Legendary rank item because it was 1of the 8 original symbols given by the god of light to the church during the Great War.

but in the Great War one of the demon generals who was a master at curses , was somehow able to curse this relic with his death and from then on , this relic was kept inside the church's treasury all these years until Luck got the quest to cleanse it

" I was able to survive this far because of my class skills that protects me from demonic creatures, but I really don't know how to cleanse this thing , if I cannot complete my task I will receive a heavy punishment but if I can then I will get to keep this relic " Luck explained his situation and sat on a nearby rock with his face down

" maybe I could help you " Edge said and took out the stone that he got from Emperor

" I got this from my last quest , I don't know how this works but I've noticed that it absorbs demon energy but even after placing it in my inventory it still absorbs some of my energy and i don't know how but I think it will work for you "

Edge placed the stone near the relic and soon a dark violent demonic aura could be seen coming out of the relic and getting absorbed by the stone

" but i also need blood of a demon with high rank to cleanse it "

" got you buddy " Edge made a small cut on his hands and dropped his blood on the relic , his class was Demon King which was just below the demon God so it worked on the relic and soon Luck got the notification for the completion of his quest

" Thanks you so much Mr 13 face I was really desperate for this quest " after thanking Edge for more than 10 minutes he finally changed the topic

" but if you don't know what this stone is then why do you keep feeding it demon aura , I mean what if there is a demon sealed inside it "

" don't worry , the demon I work for is a strong one , if there is a creature inside it then he can deal with it " Edge said with a carefree attitude which surprised Luck

how can one of the strongest and most popular player right now could be so carefree or more like dumb

" You should meet him , Azrial would be happy that I made a friend also he is not like other demons who kill humans on the spot " Edge said while placing his hand on Luck's shoulder

" I heard a player accidentally got teleported near one of the demon lord territory and he straight up got killed "

" tell me about it because i was that player " Luck said with a scoff while remembering that moment

" what really , man i thought because your name is luck you might be lucky"

" it's not that I'm unlucky , actually I am because after getting killed by that demon I cleared some conditions and got this quest and now I was able to complete that quest thanks to you , isn't this luck. and also My special stat is also Luck which is my most powerful stat " Luck explained to Edge

" but how does luck even works in a game ?"

" you see , the more stats I place in my Luck stat the greater my fortune become , I receive more EXP and Loot , I don't get a debuff when I die and also whoever kills me gets huge debuffs , so I may not be strong but whoever kills me automatically gets killed after receiving those debuffs "

" wow man , this is broken " Edge was kind of jealous from Luck because unlike Luck he was very unlucky , his Angel class got looted by Blade and then he got stuck inside the Demon territory

" so what's your future plans 13 face "

" haha I should tell you that my name is Edge not 13 face "

" I already know I just didn't want to alert you , my Class is a bit too special "

" wow , and here I thought that nobody can identify me , well my future plans are to join a strong guild "

" but why don't you set up your own guild ?"

Luck wondered that why don't a figure like 13 face starts his own guild and Edge happily answered.

If Edge starts a guild , it would require quite a lot of funds and even he isn't that rich , other guilds pay their players in Credits but he doesn't have that much , also he is a bit lazy and don't like too much responsibilities and being a guild leader binds you to the guild duties that he do not like and last but the most important is that he wants to earn more money with less efforts

" wow you've got pretty strange reasons to join a guild , money huh ? "

" yeah I know but this is me right , also these are just plans , until im stuck here I cannot join a guild , I planned to sneak out today to join the exam for the entrance in Asura's Wrath guild but got ambushed by those enemies of mine " Edge explained and also sat beside Luck with his face down

" oh don't worry I will let you join Asura's Wrath"
