CHAPTER 11: EZEKIEL MEGUMIN

"I'm home" Cleo announced as she entered a huge bungalow, she left her shoes at the porch and went upstairs to her room to get changed. A while later, she came down from her room all changed, she wore black shorts and a white shirt and she put her hair to a ponytail, she entered the kitchen to get some snacks, she later came out with packets of Cookies, macarons and Chips and also a huge bottle of Cola, she entered the sitting room and sat down on the couch opposite the television, took the remote from the glass table in front of her after she had dropped the snacks on it and turned it on and selected a channel and began to watch. As she watched, a Man who was the age of 23 walked in, he only wore a grey sweatpants with a towel hung around his neck, he had a perfectly toned body that would make any woman drool at the sight of it, Cleo bent her neck backwards with the couch supporting her to look at the man when the man noticed her,

"Oh, Leo, welcome back, sorry I didn't welcome you" he apologized,

"Don't sweat it, so what were you doing?" She asked as she returned to watching the movie on screen,

"I was in our gym so that–"

"Alright, stop there, I don't want to hear if it involves the 'WORD'" she cut him off,

"Come on, just list–"

"No"

"Why?"

"Z"

"Eh??"

"Don't push your luck, Zeke"

"Alright, yesh, so what movie is that?" He asked as he moved closer and stood behind the couch drying his hair with the towel that hung around his neck. His name was EZEKIEL MEGUMIN or also known as HEATSTROKE, he had fiery red hair and cool ocean blue eyes, he had sharp eyes, he had a kind and warm personality, he was the first son of Vlad ,he was the carbon copy of his father but people usually said that they were were like day and night, he was 5 years older than Cleo (do the calculation by yourself),

"Oh, It's ONE PIECE, it's very popular in our class" she told him,

"The ONE PIECE?" Zeke asked,

"Yes, anyway, how's the investigation going?" Cleo asked changing the topic,

"Good I guess, the good news is that we managed to track down the location Happy and Orochi were last seen" Zeke said,

"So how did you pull it off?"

"That's a trade secret but it seems that they had been in touch with the villain HEMLOCK recently according to the information we received"

"Well that doesn't concern me"

"Come on won't you bid me well?" Zeke asked sulking while Cleo looked at him with the most disgusted look she could do which made him to laugh but the happy moment was interrupted by a ring, Zeke checked his phone and noticed that it was his phone that rang, he looked at the caller Id and went upstairs, when he later came down he had changed into his hero outfit and was about to leave when he said,

"Tell mom that I will be late for dinner so you should start without me"

"Yeah Yeah, now get out you're interrupting my show " she said shooing him away as she turned away from him. Some moments when he had completely gone, she turned down the volume of the television and sighed as she had a dark look on her face, she then said,

"I'm impressed that you managed to lure my brother who's know for his cautious nature, Hemlock", all of a sudden, threads came out from thin air and began to weave themselves together and a figure was made, it was a girl, she was 160cm tall, she had a burnt orange hair which was stylized in a cute pigtails, she wore a short scarlet flay gown with a denim colored Jacket and black boots,

"I'm not worthy of such praise, Master" she said as she twirled around with a look of ecstasy on her face,

"Nevertheless, I will keep my promise to grant you anything you desire"

"Really Master? Anything?" She asked joyfully,

"As long it's within my power then yes"

"Then... please give me time to think about it"

"Alright" Cleo agreed as she crossed her right leg onto her left,

"Thanks Master"

"Also tell Yami to proceed with the plan" she told her,

"Roger that!!" Hemlock saluted and then broke her body into pieces of thread and disappeared,

"I can't have anyone interfering with my Grand plan" she said with a smirk on her face.
