"My father when I was a kid was the perfect husband and father...at least that's what I thought" Easton took a long sigh trying to control his breathing.

Cardan cast him a worried look "You don't have-"

Easton cut him off immediately "I do now shut up and lesson. Since you're the cheapest ears I could find."

Cardan glared at him. He wasn't cheap.

"When I was ten I came back home from school and found that the house was completely quiet. At first I thought it was because they had left but it quickly changed when I heard a loud thud.

I followed the sound with a knife at hand and found my 'father' no that demon kicking my unconscious mother. I don't know what happened but I only remember seeing red and as soon as I came too my father was bleeding laying on the ground" Easton paused as he swallowed slowly.

He had called him father with so much venom it could cut through steel.
