Cardan came back in a matter of twenty one hours after he was done with what he wanted to do at the Capital city. Wren was happy he came back soon until she wasn't.

Apparently he'd leave everyday only to return and cuddle with her. She felt super bad but he told her it was fine.

Apparently he'd be busier in a couple of months and it wasn't because of school. He told her about a business idea he was developing with his college mates. He had to do site checks on the spa restort he was building.

He'd also began building a hotel in City A after he found out about the land bid and immediately won it since not a lot of people were interested in it. And a few business man wanted to talk to him because of her father.

So he'd be invited to a lot of business in a matter of weeks.

She knew immediately that her father had arranged for that to happen and she knew if she complained and told her mother her would make it worse for Cardan.
