Ahana's POV....
I felt really bad for being that way with Kria. I have to talk to her about it because she was more stressed than usual. I mean she always suffers from mood swings but this is an extreme case which happens when she gets nightmares. She has not told everyone about it but me as we were on a school trip when that happened. I should not have done that knowing her conditions.
"What is going on in your mind?" my husband asked me.
"I was just thinking about what will be Kria and Natasha's reaction when they finds out about your kind. Aadya took it okay but she is the mature one in our group. I just hope they will take it well and be normal again"
"Let's hope for the best baby. Don't stress about it okay?" he kissed my hand and continued driving.
"What would her reaction be if she gets to know that her little sister is my mate?"
"Oh my god! You scared me" I jumped at the sudden voice from the back seat.
"What the hell, Axel? What the f*ck are you doing in our car?" Manik shouted at him and asked me if I was okay.
"Well Jia was in Aaron's car and Luna was with Alpha. If I go with either of them, Luna will be giving me death glares and I do not want to be on a bad side of our future Luna more than what I am now. So you were the best and only option left. Although you did not smell me here or what? You guys are so engrossed with each other. I want to be with my mate the same way you both are" He ranted while pouting like a child and crossed his arms.
"Axel, you have to be careful for at least 3 months that is until Jia turns 18. Kria might be sensitive but she would not think twice before poisoning you" I told him.
"Don't scare me please. I'm content with looking at her from a far for now" Axel said but he knew he was lying not only to everyone but also himself.
"You mean stalking her like a creep?" Manik asked, earning a middle finger from Axel. I shook my head at their childishness and we reached the restaurant by then.
Jia's POV....
"Papa... Mamma..." I ran towards my parents and hugged them. "I missed you my princess" my dad hugged me and my sister and kissed on our heads.
We all sat down to eat after all the hugging and greetings.
"So Ayra and Jia, how is the college?" Gerry uncle (Nat's dad) asked us.
"It is great uncle. The classes are fine. The Library is really amazing that Jia would be there spending time whenever she is free" Ayra told him and everyone started telling me to enjoy more and go out. I was uncomfortable with the attention that I got all of a sudden and that made me squirm on my seat.
"So how was your flight? Everything was okay?'' My sister noticed my discomfort and changed the topic. I love her. She's the best.
They started speaking and I started eating as nobody was paying attention to me anymore except Axel. He keeps on looking at me in a way like he wants to hold me close. It makes me feel like either digging a hole or hiding there or running towards him and hugging him tight.I want to turn 18 so bad. I felt uncomfortable at first but I understand now. I was curious about all the weird things that I was seeing in here until I came across a book in the library. It was a new concept and I was curious to know more.
At first I thought it was just a regular fiction but later I realised the author wrote it based on real events. I then started observing the behaviour of these guys and realised that these people could either be Lycanthropes or Draculas. The author did not write about how to distinguish between them as it was a story that happened 800 years ago.
I wanted to know further but the other part of the book where she has mentioned all those details is missing from 40 years and I have been looking for it but of no use. I guess time will tell everything. Until then, we have to be careful. Even though these guys seems so sweet and kind, we can never tell with animals.
