Kria's POV...
Ahana, Aadya, Natasha's and my parents decided to stay in our mansion as we had extra rooms. It was great to be around them and the boys as it feels like a whole family now. Today we are meeting Adrian's and other boys' parents' too. We are meeting them for dinner in one of their restaurants.
I am so excited but also scared as this could be something serious and they could end up being my in-laws but Adrian does not need to know that I think that way. I am actually waiting for our date once the parents' leave for Texas. I don't know what is happening or what is going to happen but I am ready to take a chance. He seems like he loves me genuinely and I am ready to go with the flow. Although the secrets that they are keeping are haunting my sleep but I still want to be with him. He makes me feel things that I have never felt before.
"Ready?" Jia asked me, lying on my bed with a book.
"Yes babe... get up, we must go before mom starts shouting" I told her and we left my room.
"Hey mom, dad... ready to leave?" I asked, giving them a hug.
"I'm ever ready, Pickle. Awww my baby pickle looks so cute" he said, squishing Jia's cheeks.
"Papa, stop with your lame nicknames. It's so embarrassing" she said, flushed with embarrassment.
Before my dad could comment, we heard a honk and we left the house to see cars waiting for us. Nat, Aadya and Ayra were already there. Elders went separately in 3 cars driven by Adrian, Manik and Justin and we sat separately in 2 cars driven by Axel and Michael. I happened to sit in a car where Axel was driving. Let's have some fun.
"So Axel, what do you do?" He choked as soon as I asked him.
"Uh... I'm a CEO of Crescent Moon Airlines commercial sector Ma'am" he replied, gulping and sweating also called me Ma'am. He's scared of me. Good.
"How old are you?" I asked him, crossing my arms and leaned back looking at him through the rear view mirror.
"I'm 2..2..24 years old. I'm turning 25 in 4 months" he was stuttering. Wow... I'm good. He is elder than me but also so scared of me that he is calling me ma'am.
"Do you know how old is Jia? Why do you keep..." before I could continue, Aadya and Jia stopped me.
"Akka, stop it"
"Kria, just let the poor guy drive" I just huffed and looked outside the window.
"I was just talking to him, I didn't get much of an opportunity to talk with him" I said, casually.
"You didn't get an opportunity to speak with Aaron and Justin either" my sister countered and she looked... upset? Is she supporting him?
I saw Axel smile a little but covered it up in a few seconds once he saw me glaring at him through the rare view mirror..
"Exactly Jia, your sister did not speak with anyone as she is busy with someone else" Aadya teased me but I was looking at Axel. Maybe he is the answer to all my questions? I can make him open his mouth taking advantage of the situation about those secrets as he's scared of me.
"Axel, was I scaring you? I am sorry. My intention was not to intimidate you. I just wanted to know you. It's just that I speak this way that could scare some people. I mean you did not do anything wrong to be scared of me now. Did you?" I asked him and he bent his head a little towards left and said "No, I didn't do anything that I'm not supposed to do, Luna".
Jia's POV...
"No, I did not do anything that I am not supposed to do, Luna" he said. That confirms my suspicion. He is a werewolf because vampires do not worship the moon goddess but Werewolves does. So he is not that harmful but we do not know anything for sure yet. I should have known when we heard Crescent Moon names all the time. I have to do more research to know more. But before my mind could think further, my sister interrupted my thoughts.
"Luna? Did you just call me Luna? Is it a short form for something? I cant remember any word that would be a short term for Luna. Wait a minute? Did you just call me Luna...
